石家庄少儿拉丁舞教学调查与对策研究

【摘要】：随着国标舞在我国的发展,在青少年的舞蹈教学课堂上也出现了一种学生和家长热爱的舞蹈——拉丁舞。近些年来,随着少儿拉丁舞教学的不断完善,越来越多的孩子加入到拉丁舞学习的大潮中。让孩子学习拉丁舞,这已经成为现代父母为孩子选择一门课外艺术能力培养的重点艺术课程之一。社会艺术教学的广大需求和少儿舞蹈培训市场的需要,促使了更多以拉丁舞为主的少儿舞蹈培训班的成立。在石家庄地区,以少儿拉丁舞教学的培训机构多不胜数,其中有办学实力雄厚的专业舞蹈学校,也有以个人名义开办的小型培训班。这些少儿拉丁舞培训机构,也确确实实为少儿提供了拉丁舞学习的平台,加强了拉丁舞办学力量的竞争,促进了该地区的少儿拉丁舞教学的发展。但在其貌似火热的背后,却又存在很多制约因素影响到了少儿拉丁舞教学的科学开展。笔者结合自身工作实践,对本课题的研究主要呈现如下:绪论部分是对本课题的研究背景和意义、国内外研究现状、以及教学方法和内容的讨论。第一章少儿拉丁舞的音乐特色研究,主要包括拉丁舞的艺术特点分析、音乐对拉丁舞的技术技巧的影响、音乐在拉丁舞技术技巧中的使用;第二章是对石家庄少儿拉丁舞教学现状的调查分析,包括对少儿拉丁舞教师团队的分析和少儿拉丁舞教学开展情况两部分的调查分析;第三章是对石家庄少儿拉丁舞教学存在的问题分析,包括四个大方面:教师队伍整体水平有待提高、培训机构相关关节不尽人意、学生学习矛盾重重的问题不断、大众对少儿拉丁舞教学认识不足;第四章是对石家庄少儿拉丁舞教学开展的对策研究,包括四个大方面:强化教师队伍建设、完善培训机构办学、协调学生现存的矛盾、提高大众的认知度。
[Abstract]:With the development of national standard dance in our country, there is a kind of Latin dance that students and parents love. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of Latin dance teaching, more and more children join the tide of Latin dance learning. Let children learn Latin dance, this has become a modern parents for their children to choose an extracurricular art skills training one of the key art courses. The demand of social art teaching and the needs of children's dance training market promote the establishment of more Latin dance training courses for children. In Shijiazhuang area, there are many training institutions in Latin dance teaching for children, including professional dance schools with strong running strength and small training courses in the name of individuals. These children's Latin dance training institutions also provided children with a platform for Latin dance learning, strengthened the competition of Latin dance schools, and promoted the development of Latin dance teaching for children in this area. However, behind its seemingly hot, there are many constraints affecting the scientific development of Latin dance teaching for children. Combining with my own work practice, the author mainly presents the research on this subject as follows: the introduction part is the background and significance of the research, domestic and foreign research status, as well as the discussion of teaching methods and content. The first chapter studies the music characteristics of the children's Latin dance, including the analysis of the artistic characteristics of Latin dance, the influence of music on the technical skills of Latin dance, and the use of music in the technical skills of Latin dance. The second chapter is the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the children's Latin dance teaching in Shijiazhuang, including the analysis of the children's Latin dance teaching team and the investigation and analysis of the children's Latin dance teaching. The third chapter is the analysis of the problems existing in the Latin dance teaching of Shijiazhuang children, including four major aspects: the overall level of teachers needs to be improved, the relevant joints of training institutions are unsatisfactory, and the problems of students' learning contradictions are constantly. The fourth chapter is the research on the countermeasures of Shijiazhuang children's Latin dance teaching, including four aspects: strengthening the construction of teachers, perfecting the training institutions, coordinating the existing contradictions of students. Raise public awareness.
