不同训练方法的拉丁舞练习对儿童体质和技术水平的影响

【摘要】:研究目的:通过4个月的持续训练和间歇训练的拉丁舞练习后,观察7-10岁儿童体质的变化和拉丁舞技术水平的变化。初步探索适合儿童拉丁舞学员练习的最佳训练方法。研究方法:通过问卷调查法确定持续训练和间歇训练方案后,通过相关测试筛选7-10岁儿童拉丁舞学员20名分为持续训练组和间歇训练组,分别进行4个月的持续训练和间歇训练后,观察儿童体质水平和拉丁舞技术水平等相关指标的变化情况。研究结果:(1)对7-10岁儿童拉丁舞学员采用持续训练法进行4个月的拉丁舞练习后,身高、肺活量和坐位体前屈等体质水平提高了,且具有显著性差异(P0.05);时值和基本节奏等技术水平指标提高了,且具有显著性差异(P0.05),基本动作、节奏表现力和步法技巧提高幅度较大,且具有非常显著性差异(P0.01)。(2)对7-10岁儿童拉丁舞学员采用间歇训练进行4个月的拉丁舞练习后,50米和坐位体前屈的水平提高了,且具有显著性差异(P0.05);拉丁舞技术水平的节奏表现力提高了,且具有显著性差异(P0.05)。时值和基本节奏、基本动作和步法技巧大幅度提高了,且具有非常显著性差异(P0.01)。从以上结果可得出如下结论:(1)持续训练能发展儿童的机能,对拉丁舞技术的影响上更主要是提高了儿童的步法技巧、基本动作和节奏表现力。(2)间歇训练主要是发展儿童的爆发力和柔韧性,对拉丁舞技术的影响上更主要的是提高儿童的时值和音乐节奏、基本动作和步法技巧。该研究表明了持续训练法和间歇训练法均能提高儿童体质水平和拉丁舞技术水平,但对不同指标的影响上具有一定的差异性。因此,在发展7-10岁儿童拉丁舞技术水平时要结合使用多种训练方法。本研究为儿童拉丁舞的训练和教学提供了参考的实验依据。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the changes of children's physique and Latin dance skill level after 4 months of continuous training and intermittent training. To explore the best training method suitable for children Latin dance students. Methods: after the continuous training and intermittent training were determined by questionnaire, 20 Latin dance students aged 7-10 were divided into two groups: continuous training group and intermittent training group. After 4 months of continuous training and intermittent training, the changes of children's physique level and Latin dance skill level were observed. The results were as follows: (1) after 4 months of Latin dance training, the body height, vital capacity and body flexion of children aged 7-10 years were improved, and there was significant difference (P0.05). The technical level indexes such as time value and basic rhythm were improved, and there was significant difference (P0.05). And there was a significant difference (P0.01). (2). After 4 months of Latin dance practice, 50 meters and sitting position forward flexion were improved in the Latin dance students of 7-10 years old children. There was significant difference (P0.05). Latin dance technical level of rhythmic performance improved, and has significant differences (P0.05). The time value and basic rhythm, basic movement and footwork skills were greatly improved, and there were significant differences (P0.01). From the above results, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) continuous training can develop the function of children, and the influence on Latin dance technique is mainly to improve the children's footwork skills. (2) interval training is mainly to develop children's explosive power and flexibility, and the most important influence on Latin dance technique is to improve the children's time value and music rhythm, basic movement and footwork skills. The study shows that both continuous training and intermittent training can improve children's physique and Latin dance skills, but there are some differences in the influence of different indexes. Therefore, the development of 7-10-year-old Latin dance skills should be combined with the use of a variety of training methods. This study provides a reference experimental basis for the training and teaching of children's Latin dance.
