【摘要】：普通高校艺术专业科研管理置于统一的科研考核框架之下,忽视了艺术学科的特殊性,不利于教师积极性发挥与学科的良性发展。文章在科学的管理理论基础上,对艺术专业科研管理策略提出了一些建议:厘清艺术专业科研成果范围,规范评价体系;在师资建设上做好艺术教师定位;个人考核向团队考核的转化;鼓励艺术科研活动服务社会。
[Abstract]:The scientific research management of art major in colleges and universities is placed under the unified scientific research examination frame, ignoring the particularity of the art subject. On the basis of scientific management theory, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the management strategy of scientific research of art major: to clarify the scope of scientific research achievements of art specialty. Standardizing the evaluation system; In the construction of teachers to do a good job in the position of art teachers; The transformation from individual assessment to team assessment; To encourage artistic research activities to serve the society.
