中西儿童小说人物形象的平行研究

【摘要】:在现代社会,随着世界各国沟通和交流日益密切,中西之间相互影响和学习,中西儿童小说也呈现出不同以往的形态。儿童小说是成人为儿童所创作,共同的读者群和共同的创作目的使中西儿童小说存在很多共同点。但是各国的儿童小说必然会受到本土文化的影响,体现本民族的特征,中西之间的差异也一直存在。这就使当代中西儿童小说的比较研究成为一个新鲜的课题。 对于儿童小说人物形象的研究数不胜数,但是对于中西儿童小说人物形象的平行研究并不多见。本论文将选取四部当代的中西畅销儿童小说,对小说中的人物形象进行平行研究。这四部小说深受读者喜爱,并且在儿童小说中极具代表性,分别是《淘气包马小跳》、《皮皮鲁和鲁西西》、《亨瑞·郝金斯》和《神奇树屋》。平行研究作为比较文学的研究方法之一,打破了时间、空间和质量等方面的限制,可以在具有可比性的前提下,对处在不同时代、不同地域,具有不同地位和影响的作家和作品进行比较研究。所谓可比性,简单地说,就是两个没有互相联系和影响、不存在因果关系的事物之间具有可比较的基点。这四部儿童小说虽然彼此之间不存在任何联系,但是这四部儿童小说的主角都是孩子,故事也都是为孩子而创作。本论文就以这四部儿童小说中的主要人物为研究对象,通过对人物形象的内外特征进行类比和对比分析,,探寻其中的类似和差异之处,有助于读者更好地理解中西儿童小说,促进中西儿童小说的交流。 本论文主要分为七个部分: 第一个章是引言,主要对本论文的写作背景、论文框架做了简要梳理,并对论文中进行比较的中西儿童小说及小说人物进行了简单介绍。 第二章是文献综述和理论介绍。文献综述主要对人物形象的相关研究进行简要回顾。人物形象的描写主要分为外部特征和内部特征两方面,外部特征主要包括人物的姓名、外貌特征、语言、行为等,内部特征主要包括人物的心理活动、个性、价值观、人生态度等其他方面。理论部分介绍了平行研究的相关内容及其主要研究方法:类比和对比,类比主要是通过对儿童小说中人物各方面相似之处的类同推理总结中西相同点,对比主要是通过对儿童小说中人物各方面不同之处比较分析得出中西之间的差异。 第三章从外貌、语言和行为三方面对小说人物的外部特征进行类同比较。在中西儿童小说中,对于人物外貌特征的描写都趋于模糊化,这样可以为读者提供更大的想象空间;在人物的语言和行为方面都突出了小说人物天真活泼的一面。 第四章从个性、价值观和人生态度三方面对小说人物的内部特征进行类同比较。这四部儿童小说中的孩子虽然来自不同的国度,但他们的个性、价值观和人生态度都展现出当代孩子的活泼调皮、积极乐观、富有爱心、热爱生活等特点。 第五章从外貌、语言和行为三方面对小说人物的外部特征进行对比分析。在这四部小说中,人物的外部特征的差异主要体现在语言和行为方面。在中国儿童小说中,人物在语言和行为上表现较为天真,而西方儿童小说中的人物较为成熟。 第六章从个性、价值观和人生态度三方面对小说人物的内部特征进行对比分析。在这四部小说中,人物的个性、价值观和人生态度最能体现中西差异。中国儿童小说中,可以在人物身上找到集体主义的影子;而在西方儿童小说中,儿童形象较为独立,有着强烈的个人意识,并且善于社交。 第七章是论文的结论,这一部分从类比和对比两个角度对全文进行简要回顾,指出中西儿童小说人物形象存在的相同点和不同点。通过类比可以看出,小说人物的相同点都源自孩子本身的天性和本质;通过对比可得出,中西儿童小说人物的差异多与民族文化和成长环境有关。本文在研究视角,研究内容和研究意义均有创新。论文对于中西儿童小说的平行研究是一种尝试性研究,该研究尚有很大空间。本文作者认为,对中西儿童小说的平行研究有助于完善中西儿童文学比较研究的发展,促进中西儿童文学交流和发展。
[Abstract]:In modern society, with the world communication and the increasingly close exchanges between China and the west, interaction and learning, Chinese and Western children's novels is different form. Children's novels are created for adult children, common readers and a common purpose of creation make Chinese children's novels have many things in common. But the children's inevitable will be affected by the local culture, reflecting the national characteristics, the differences between Chinese and western have always been in existence. This makes a comparative study of contemporary Chinese and Western children's fiction has become a new research subject.
For the study of children beyond count of characters, but for the parallel study of Chinese and Western children's characters are rare. This paper will select four modern Chinese popular children's novels, parallel study of the characters in the novels. The four novels by the readers favorite, and representative in the children's novel. Are the "naughty little horse jumping", "Pipiru and Lu Xixi", "Henry Hawkins" and "magic tree house. As one of the parallel research method of comparative literature research, to break the time, space and quality constraints, can be comparable to the premise, at different times, different regions and compare with different status and influence of the writers and their works. The comparability, simply said, is two without mutual contact and influence, with comparison there is no causal relationship between things The basis of the four children's novels. The main characters in this paper is based on the four children's novels as the research object, carries on the analysis to compare and contrast through the internal and external features of characters the image, to discover similar and differences between them, can help readers better understand Chinese and Western children's novels, promote Chinese and Western children's communication.
This paper is divided into seven parts:
The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly summarizes the background and framework of the thesis, and gives a brief introduction to the comparative Chinese and Western children's novels and novels.
The second chapter is the literature review and theoretical introduction. A brief review of the literature review of related research on the character of the image. The description of characters is mainly divided into two aspects of the external features and internal features, external characteristics including names, appearance, language, behavior, internal features mainly include the psychological activities of the characters personality. The fourth chapter from the personality, values and life attitude three aspects ofthe characters were similar. The four children's novel children may come from different countries, but their personalities, values and attitude towards life are showing contemporary children lively, positive and optimistic, full of love, love life. The fifth chapter from the three aspects of appearance, language and behavior of the external characteristics of characters were analyzed. The sixth chapter from the personality, values and life attitude three aspects ofthe characters were analyzed. In these four novels, the character's personality, values and attitude towards life can best embody the differences between Chinese and western. China in children's fiction, can find the collectivism in the characters of the shadow; and in the West the children in the novel, the image of the child is more independent and have strong personal consciousness, and sociable.
The seventh chapter is the conclusion of the thesis, this part from two aspects to compare and contrast the text briefly, pointed out the similarities between Chinese and Western children's existing characters and different points. By analogy can be seen, the same characters are derived from nature and the nature of the child itself; by comparing it can be concluded that the differences between Chinese and Western children the characters are related to the national culture and growth environment. Based on the research perspective, research content and research significance of innovation. The parallel research paper for Chinese and Western children's novels is a tentative research, the study still has great space. The author believes that the Research of parallel development helps to improve the Chinese children's literature comparative study on the Chinese and Western children's novels, promote Chinese children's literature exchange and development.
