呼市中职艺术设计专业教育现状分析研究

【摘要】： 中等职业教育体系结构是一个国家发展战略的有机组成部分。近年来我国提出大力发展中等职业教育,就是根据我国经济结构调整的需求,积极调整中等教育体系结构的战略性举措。中等职业教育体系结构的发展对大规模造就中等应用型技术人才,优化人才结构,促进人才的合理分布,推动经济与社会发展具有重大的意义。我国已加入WTO,西部大开发战略也已实施,这将对于我市进一步扩大改革开放、推动经济社会发展,带来了机遇和挑战。中等职业教育担负着培养高素质劳动者的历史重任,具有重要的战略地位和不可替代性。在现今经济高速运转的前提下,艺术设计业快速发展,在强大的行业竞争下提出了新的挑战,这不仅要求我们要加强艺术设计的创意思维,还要提高设计的快速操作能力。近些年来,市场上各类艺术设计公司应运而生,从业的机会也相当多,我市的中等职业艺术设计学校也培养出了很多毕业生,但是近年来还是存在着学生就业难,企业不满意的问题,使中职艺术设计教育陷入困境,达不到为市场培养中等技术人才的目的。本文将对呼和浩特市开设艺术设计专业的中等职业学校的现状展开分析研究,采用文献资料分析法、问卷调查法及访谈法进行一系列的研究分析,试图通过此项研究能全面展示出中职艺术设计教育的各个层面,并能剖析出其隐于表面现象中的实质原因。这将对呼市开设艺术设计专业的中等职业学校有深远的意义,也能够更好的推动呼市中等职业艺术设计教育的发展。
[Abstract]:The secondary occupation education system structure is an important part of a national development strategy. In recent years, our country puts forward to develop secondary occupation education, according to China's economic structure adjustment needs, strategic measures to actively adjust the secondary education system structure. In nowadays economy high-speed operation premise, art design industry rapid development, in the strong The big competition in the industry has brought new challenges, which not only requires us to strengthen the artistic design of creative thinking, but also improve the design the fast operation ability. In recent years, the market of various art design company came into being, employment opportunities can be considerable, my city medium occupation school of art design has produced many graduates. But in recent years there are still students difficult employment, companies are not satisfied with the problem of the vocational art and design education in trouble, not up to the culture medium and technical personnel for the purpose of the market. This paper will analyze the research status open the artistic design specialized secondary occupation school in Hohhot City, through literature analysis, questionnaire survey method interviews and a series of analysis and research, through this study can fully demonstrate the various levels of Vocational Art and design education, and can analyze the The causes of the phenomenon of hidden in the surface of Hohhot.
