对我国高职院校艺术设计专业教育现状的问题分析

【摘要】: 我国高职艺术设计教育是近些年才起步和发展起来的,教龄不足。加之高职院校很多由中专升格或成人高校转轨过来,缺乏充分的思想准备,缺少高职教育经验,文化底蕴、学科研究、教学组织、教育理念、师资配备等显然先天不足。很多高职艺术设计专业主要参照本科设计院校的课程体系及教育模式运作,人才培养定位模糊,忽视艺术设计教学的实践环节,致使学生就业缺乏竞争力,职业教育的艺术设计人才培养几无特色可言。一度被人才需求掩盖的教学与实践脱节问题显得越来越突出,这不得不促使我们对艺术设计教育实践环节缺失的现状进行反思。本文将通过社会对艺术设计人才的岗位需求分析,提出造成高职艺术设计教育实践环节薄弱甚至缺失的若干问题,究其原因,探求改进的方法,以期引起对高职艺术设计教育改革的深入思考和研究。
[Abstract]:The art design education of higher vocational education in our country has just started and developed in recent years, and the teaching age is insufficient. In addition, many higher vocational colleges have been upgraded from technical secondary schools to adult colleges, lacking sufficient ideological preparation, lack of experience in higher vocational education and cultural background. Subject research, teaching organization, educational concept, teacher allocation and so on are obviously deficient. Many higher vocational art design major mainly refer to the course system and educational model operation of undergraduate design colleges, and the orientation of talent training is not clear. Neglecting the practical link of art design teaching results in students' lack of competitiveness in employment and the lack of special features in the training of art design talents in vocational education. The disconnection between teaching and practice, once concealed by the demand for talents, is becoming more and more prominent. This has to prompt us to reflect on the present situation of the missing links in the practice of art and design education. This paper will analyze the job demand of art and design talents through the society. This paper puts forward some problems that lead to the weakness or even lack of the practice of art design education in higher vocational education, probes into its causes and explores the methods of improvement, in order to cause deep thinking and research on the reform of art design education in higher vocational education.
