【摘要】：正新世纪以来,我国的经济、政治、文化体制改革不断推进,一方面政府在职能转变过程中所释放的公共空间得到拓展,另一方面在社会财富不断积累的同时,日益增多的社会问题极大地刺激着公共资源投向慈善领域。2004年国务院批准通过了《基金会管理条例》,通过规范基金会的组织和活动,使我国公益慈善事业有了法律的保障。根据民政部2011年公布的数据,我国现有各类基金会1843家,[1]其中民政部注册登记的有148家,
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the new century, the economic, political and cultural system reform of our country has been continuously promoted. On the one hand, the public space released by the government in the course of the transformation of its functions has been expanded, on the other hand, while the social wealth has been continuously accumulated, The increasing social problems have greatly stimulated the public resources to be invested in the field of charity. In 2004, the State Council approved the "regulations on Foundation Management", and by standardizing the organization and activities of the Foundation, the public charity in our country has been guaranteed by law. According to the data released by the Ministry of Civil Affairs in 2011, there are 1843 foundations in China, of which 148 are registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
