网络视觉艺术发展史研究

【摘要】: 当代社会各方面的飞速发展,与计算机科技的进步越来越息息相关,而二者相互交汇的产物就是网络技术的不断提升。网络技术是一项诞生于20世纪60年代末的高新传播技术,从一开始的声讯信号网络传播到之后的图片等可视性信息的传输,以至现时代中多媒体图文音像的广泛流转,这一切的信息传输虽然都是以计算机作为承载体,然而在这其中作用最微妙,也同时产生最大影响力的无疑是因特网技术的不断革新、应用。综观网络发展史,我们可以看到网络视觉艺术的发展历程占据了整个网络发展史的百分之六十,因此就非常有必要来透过网络发展的历史,转而来构建一个切合网络视觉艺术发展史的系统的理论框架。 我们这里所研究的网络视觉艺术是指:在创作生成过程中运用数字技术,并且以网络传播为最终理想传播载体的视觉艺术形式。它以互联网络为主要传播手段(即除去电视网、广播网等传统网络以外的非传统网络如:因特网、电信网3G、互动电视网等),以数码技术为技术基础,以多媒交互化为技术特征,以艺术化审美为表现特征。在网络视觉艺术出现之前,诞生了交互艺术,而交互艺术的最本质特征——交互体验模式,也就是之后网络视觉艺术之所以独特发展起来的最关键前提,因而甚至可以说它是“准网络视觉艺术”。在此基础上,经过虚拟现实技术与虚拟现实艺术的充分发展后,网络视觉艺术以一枝独秀的姿态显现在网络艺术领域,他融合了网络交互艺术、网络虚拟现实艺术,甚至网络新媒体艺术的重要特征,也正是由此才成就了一部丰实的网络视觉艺术发展史。 网络视觉艺术在艺术家思潮、商业竞争等因素的逐渐浸染下,步入了一个成熟发展的时期,而这一时期的网络视觉艺术主要体现在互联网艺术、网络媒体实验艺术、手机网络视觉艺术、网络数字电视互动艺术等四方面的充分发展上。这四个方面既互相牵制又互相推动发展,也使得网络视觉艺术的发展更加亦抑亦扬起来,而也正是这种内部因素或不同方面的激烈抗争与融合,使得网络视觉艺术发展史更加与众不同,最为重要的是在艺术发展史中,可能也只有网络视觉艺术能够吸纳如此众多的专业与非专业艺术家、以及包容有史以来最为广泛的群众、团体参与进来。这也就决定了网络视觉艺术发展史的理论建构必须是以最广大的平民为考察基础,而这一点也正是本论文着重研究和探讨的部分,即试图从人与网络视觉艺术的作用与反作用,归纳、建构完整合理的网络视觉艺术发展史。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of modern society is closely related to the progress of computer science and technology, and the product of the intersection of the two is the continuous improvement of network technology. Network technology is a high-tech communication technology born in the late 1960s, from the beginning of the transmission of audio signal network to the transmission of visual information such as pictures, and even the wide circulation of multimedia graphics, audio and video in the present era. All this information transmission is based on the computer as the carrier, but in which the role of the most subtle, but also the largest impact is undoubtedly the Internet technology innovation, application. Looking at the history of network development, we can see that the development of network visual art accounts for 60% of the entire history of network development, so it is very necessary to pass through the history of network development. Turn to build a network visual art history of the development of a systematic theoretical framework. The network visual art we study here refers to the visual art form in which digital technology is used in the process of creation and network communication is the ultimate ideal communication carrier. It uses the Internet as the main means of communication (i.e., non-traditional networks other than traditional networks, such as the Internet, the telecommunications network 3G, the interactive television network, etc.), and is based on digital technology. It is characterized by multi-media interaction and artistic aesthetics. Before the emergence of network visual art, interactive art was born, and the most essential feature of interactive art, the interactive experience model, is the key premise of the unique development of network visual art. So it can even be said that it is "quasi-network visual art." On this basis, after the full development of virtual reality technology and virtual reality art, the network visual art shows itself in the field of network art in its own way. It combines the network interactive art, the network virtual reality art, and the network virtual reality art. Even the important features of network new media art have made a rich history of network visual art. Under the influence of artists' trend of thought and commercial competition, the network visual art has entered a mature period of development, and the network visual art of this period is mainly embodied in the Internet art, the network media experimental art, etc. Mobile phone network visual art, network digital TV interactive arts and other four aspects of the full development. These four aspects not only restrain and promote each other's development, but also make the development of network visual arts even more restrained and promoted. It is precisely this kind of internal factor or fierce struggle and integration of different aspects. It makes the history of network visual art more distinctive. The most important thing is that in the history of art development, only network visual art may be able to absorb so many professional and non-professional artists. And inclusion of the broadest possible mass, community participation. This also determines that the theoretical construction of the history of the development of network visual art must be based on the largest number of civilians, and this is precisely the part of this paper that focuses on the research and discussion, that is, from the role and reaction of human and network visual art. Induces, constructs the complete reasonable network visual art development history.
