【摘要】：当前的高等艺术院校,面临着诸多机遇与挑战。作为高等艺术教育的管理者要以清醒的认识,开阔的视野和宽广的胸怀来积极应对时代挑战,才能为艺术人才培养提供良好的学习氛围,提供健康充足的血液,才能真正给国家未来建设培养更多的栋梁。
[Abstract]:The current art colleges and universities are faced with many opportunities and challenges. As the administrators of higher art education, they should actively meet the challenges of the times with a clear understanding, broad vision and broad mind. Only by providing a good atmosphere of study and healthy blood for the cultivation of artistic talents can we really cultivate more pillars for the future construction of the country.
