留法艺术学子的机遇与挑战

【摘要】：正法国素有"世界文化艺术中心"的美誉,巴黎更是以她开放、自由的广阔胸襟吸引了全世界无数精英前来学习、工作、交流。从上世纪初至今,一共发生过三次大范围的中国学生法国留学潮。第一次发生在20世纪早期;第二次发生在改革开放后的头几年,上世纪80年代;第三次开始于1998年,法国政府修改了对中国留学生的留学政策,使中国留学生可以在法国同样享受免费的公立大学高等教育。进入21世纪以来,
