申报国家艺术基金项目要把握好三个原则

【摘要】：正2016年11月7日,国家艺术基金发布了2017年的"舞台艺术创作""传播交流推广""艺术人才培养""青年艺术创作人才"四类资助项目的申报指南和申报书(美术创作的申报指南和申报书压后发布)。为方便申报主体理解指南,又以"项目申报十问"方式,详细解读四个指南。结合最近的调研、座谈和申报培训谈一谈申报国家艺术基金项目,应重点把握好三个原则。
[Abstract]:On November 7, 2016, The National Art Foundation issued a declaration guide and declaration for the four kinds of funding projects of "stage Art creation", "Communication and Promotion", "Art Talent training" and "Young Art Creative talents" in 2017 (the declaration of art creation refers to the application of art creation).
