新疆普通高校少数民族学生公共艺术教育的现状与发展研究

【摘要】：高校公共艺术课程是高等教育课程体系的中重要组成部分,对大学生进行公共艺术课程教学是普通高等学校实施美育的重要途径,促进人的全面和谐发展是高校公共艺术教育的根本目标。新疆高校的少数民族大学生约占学生总人数的57%以上,新疆有着丰富的民族民间艺术与文化。在新疆高校实施公共艺术教育既要贯彻国家教育部的方针政策,又要考虑到地方民族特色,将本土优秀的文化艺术融合进艺术教育的内容中,开设具有新疆地方特色、适宜多民族大学生需求的艺术课程。并结合多种艺术活动、艺术实践提升艺术教育在学校美育、德育中的重要作用,促进和谐校园的构建。对于高校艺术教育的重视和发展直接影响我国全民的素质教育,同时对于创建和谐社会有着重大的推进作用。本论文题要对目前新疆普通高校艺术教育的现实地位、管理机制、课程设置、教材教法、师资建设、课外校外艺术教育活动、校园文化建设等方面进行全面的考察、调研、了解掌握新疆普通高校艺术教育的现状。在调研的基础上进行理论的分析、概括和说明,探查存在的问题,探讨问题存在的原因,提出解决问题的思路。过归纳整理,多角度、多方位的了解新疆高等院校对于国家艺术教育政策的实施现状和存在的问题,突出地域性和民族性的特点,探寻一条我国多民族地区高等院校有地方特色的、适合当代文化建设和素质教育的美育之路。这无疑能为新疆高校艺术教育的实践提供参照。本文共分七各部分第一部分先是开篇前言,依次是研究的背景及意义、研究的目的及研究的内容、研究现状、以及研究方法等。第二部分美育与艺术教育的关系;艺术教育在高校教育中的现实地位与应有地位。第三部分新疆普通高校公共艺术教育的管理机制。第四部分新疆高校艺术教育的课程设置与教材教法。第五部分新疆高校艺术教育的师资要求与建设。第六部分新疆高校少数民族学生课外、校外艺术教育活动。第七部分作为少数民族学生高校发展策略的校园文化建设。
[Abstract]:The public art curriculum is an important part of the higher education curriculum system, and the teaching of the public art course for college students is an important way to carry out aesthetic education in colleges and universities. To promote the overall and harmonious development of people is the fundamental goal of public art education in colleges and universities. Ethnic minority college students account for more than 57% of the total number of students in Xinjiang, Xinjiang has a wealth of folk art and culture. The implementation of public art education in Xinjiang colleges and universities should not only carry out the principles and policies of the Ministry of Education, but also take into account the local national characteristics, integrate the outstanding local culture and art into the content of art education, and have the local characteristics of Xinjiang. An art course suitable for the needs of multi-ethnic college students. Combined with various artistic activities, art practice promotes the important role of art education in school aesthetic education and moral education, and promotes the construction of harmonious campus. The importance and development of art education in colleges and universities have a direct impact on the quality education of the whole people in our country, and at the same time, it plays an important role in promoting the establishment of a harmonious society. This thesis aims to make a comprehensive investigation and investigation on the realistic status, management mechanism, curriculum setup, teaching materials and teaching methods, teachers' construction, extracurricular art education activities, campus culture construction, etc., of the art education in Xinjiang's ordinary colleges and universities at present. To understand and master the current situation of art education in Xinjiang ordinary colleges and universities. On the basis of investigation and research, this paper makes theoretical analysis, generalizes and explains, probes into the existing problems, probes into the causes of the problems, and puts forward some ideas to solve the problems. After summing up and sorting out, from many angles and from many perspectives, we should understand the current situation and problems in the implementation of the national art education policy in Xinjiang's higher education institutions, and highlight the characteristics of regional and national characteristics. This paper explores a path of aesthetic education suitable for contemporary cultural construction and quality education in colleges and universities with local characteristics in our country's multi-ethnic areas. This can undoubtedly provide a reference for the practice of art education in Xinjiang colleges and universities. The first part of this paper is divided into seven parts: the preface, the background and significance of the research, the purpose and content of the research, the present situation of the research, and the research methods. The second part is the relationship between aesthetic education and art education, and the realistic and due status of art education in higher education. The third part is the management mechanism of public art education in Xinjiang. The fourth part is the curriculum and teaching method of art education in Xinjiang colleges and universities. The fifth part is about teachers' requirement and construction of art education in Xinjiang universities. The sixth part is about extracurricular and extracurricular art education activities for ethnic minority students in Xinjiang colleges and universities. The seventh part is the construction of campus culture as the development strategy of ethnic minority students' colleges and universities.
