关联理论视角下《废都》中模糊修辞的翻译研究

　　《废都》是中国当代著名作家贾平凹的代表作之一。为了强化作品的文学性和美学效果,作者运用了大量的模糊修辞。由于语言和文化的差异,这些模糊修辞的翻译给译者带来了巨大的挑战。美国汉学家葛浩文完成了《废都》的英译,并于2016年出版了译作。其中,模糊修辞的翻译值得我们深入研究。根据韩庆玲的分类方法,模糊修辞可分为常式模糊修辞和变式模糊修辞。常式模糊修辞可以根据所含模糊词语的词性进一步分类;变式模糊修辞可主要分为四类,即虚化式、互融式、矛盾式和缺省式。本文对《废都》原文中运用的模糊修辞进行了筛选和整理,并选取了典型的例子,以关联理论为指导,深入分析了直接翻译方法和间接翻译方法在翻译不同类型的模糊修辞时的运用情况,最后从关联理论角度分析了影响译者选择翻译方法的因素,并总结了关联理论对模糊修辞翻译实践的借鉴意义。关联理论从认知的角度解释翻译过程,认为翻译是一个双重明示-推理过程,模糊修辞效果的传达作为一种交际形式,也严重依赖人们的认知处理,因此在关联理论框架内探讨模糊修辞的翻译可以帮助我们进一步了解模糊修辞效果的传达机制,同时,在关联理论的指导下评判翻译效果也更加有说服力。本文通过分析得出以下结论:...
