意象派诗歌中的隐性衔接及其功能

【摘要】：显性衔接与隐性衔接是构成语篇衔接与连贯的两个重要方面。虽然韩礼德与哈桑在《英语中的衔接》一书中只是详细阐述了包括照应、替代、省略以及连接在内的语法衔接和重复、同义以及搭配三大类词汇衔接,但与此同时,韩礼德与哈桑也承认,语法衔接手段与词汇衔接手段并不是语篇衔接与连贯的必要条件。换言之,韩礼德与哈桑也认可在语篇中存在着隐性衔接。意象派诗歌作为现代诗歌的重要组成部分,以其独特的创作风格和艺术成就在文学史上占有重要的地位,并对后世的诗歌创作产生了巨大影响。而隐性衔接的存在,为意象派诗歌的研究开辟了一条新的道路。本文通过对意象派诗歌与其它现代派诗歌进行对比的数据与分析,试图找出意象派诗歌中明显存在的隐性衔接手段,并找出这些隐性衔接手段是如何为意象派诗歌的衔接与连贯服务的,希望能抛砖引玉,为意象派诗歌的教学与赏析找出一种新的方法。经过对比与研究发现,意象派诗歌中,语境、隐喻、意象以及逻辑关系作用突出。这种结果表明,在创作与表达方面,意象派诗歌比其它现代诗歌更为含蓄,需要读者通过想象与思考才能体会诗人的真正用意。
[Abstract]:Explicit cohesion and implicit cohesion are two important aspects of textual cohesion and coherence, although Halliday and Hasan, in cohesion in English, only elaborate on including anaphora and substitution. Grammatical cohesion and repetition, synonymy and collocation, including ellipsis and conjunction, are three categories of lexical cohesion, but at the same time Halliday and Hasan also admit it. Grammatical cohesion and lexical cohesion are not necessary conditions for textual cohesion and coherence. Halliday and Hasan also agree that there is recessive cohesion in the discourse. As an important part of modern poetry, imagist poetry plays an important role in literary history with its unique creative style and artistic achievements. The existence of recessive cohesion has opened a new way for the study of imagist poetry. This paper tries to find out the obvious implicit cohesive devices in imagist poetry by comparing with other modernist poems in terms of data and analysis. And find out how these recessive cohesive devices serve for the cohesion and coherence of imagist poetry, hoping to offer a new method for the teaching and appreciation of imagist poetry. Through comparison and research, it is found that context, metaphor, imagery and logic play an important role in imagist poetry. This result shows that imagist poetry is more implicit than other modern poems in terms of creation and expression. Readers need imagination and thinking to understand the poet's true intention.
