“多重边缘人”的女性叙事——北美新移民女作家的小说创作

【摘要】：在全球性多元化的大背景下,北美新移民女作家以她们独特的异域境遇和性别文化身份,在她们的小说文本创作中呈现出不同于早期华人移民女作家、同期的国内女性作家以及新移民男作家的新特质。特别是北美新移民女性所遭遇的"多重边缘人"的尴尬身份构成了中国新移民女性"弱上加弱"的女性形象和她们在多重"他者"话语下的尴尬处境,但她们也独特地表现出了在异域文化中以自己的执着和坚韧参与全球化运动并重铸自我人格的不懈努力。探讨北美新移民女作家对其处于主流文化边缘以及性别文化边缘的特殊境遇的独特书写,揭示她们独特的异域言说的内在意蕴,对我们深入认识海外华文女作家的人生思考和情感把握以及她们所提供给我们的独特审美经验和文化价值是十分必要并具有现实意义的。
[Abstract]:Under the background of global diversity, new immigrant women writers in North America, with their unique foreign circumstances and gender cultural identity, are different from the early Chinese immigrant women writers in their novels. New characteristics of domestic female writers and new immigrant male writers in the same period. In particular, the embarrassing status of the "multiple marginal people" encountered by the new immigrant women in North America constitutes the image of the Chinese new immigrant women who are "weaker than weaker" and their awkward situation under the words of "others". But they also show their unremitting efforts to participate in the globalization movement with their perseverance and tenacity in the foreign culture and to rebuild their own personality. This paper probes into the unique writing of the female writers of the new immigrants in North America on their special circumstances on the edge of the mainstream culture and on the edge of the gender culture, and reveals the inner meaning of their unique foreign language. It is necessary and practical for us to deeply understand the life thoughts and emotional grasp of overseas Chinese female writers, as well as the unique aesthetic experience and cultural value they provide to us.
