【摘要】：文学作品中的犯罪与犯罪学家对犯罪作为关注是一致的,他们也都注意到犯罪的心理活动。但一是艺术,一为科学,故其表现和研究的方法也不同,两者对犯罪的观念有相同处,也有相异处。文学和犯罪学都是社会文化发展不可缺少的部分,既是独立科学又互相影响。
[Abstract]:Crime in literary works is consistent with the concern of criminologists, who also pay attention to the psychological activities of crime. But one is art and the other is science. Literature and criminology are both indispensable parts of the development of social culture, both independent science and mutual influence.
