论印第安作家厄德里克小说中的边界主题

【摘要】："边界主题"是当代美国印第安作家露易丝·厄德里克小说的重要主题之一。在美国学界,"边界"有一个从地理学概念演变为文化研究范畴的过程。本论文通过对厄德里克的"齐佩瓦四部曲"中涉及到的印第安居留地与非居留地之间的"内部边界"主题的研究和美国与加拿大之间的"国家边界"主题的研究,得出结论:"物理边界"的划分是文化"软边界"形成的根源,正是它们导致了当代印第安人土地的丧失、文化的破碎和家园的失落。
[Abstract]:Border theme is one of the most important themes in contemporary American Indian writer Louise Edric's novels. In American academic circles, the boundary has evolved from the concept of geography to the category of cultural studies. This paper studies the theme of "internal boundary" between Indian residence and non-resident land, and the theme of "national border" between the United States and Canada, which is involved in Odric's Chipeva Quartet. It is concluded that the division of "physical boundary" is the root of the formation of "soft boundary" of culture, which leads to the loss of contemporary Indian land, the fragmentation of culture and the loss of home.
