西藏七支民间藏戏队走出资金困境之我见

【摘要】：几百年来,七支代表本流派传统技艺的民间藏戏队在西藏受到广泛的尊重和欢迎。近年来,随着现代娱乐方式的冲击,这七支藏戏队的生存空间受到很大挤压,资金缺乏成为阻碍其进一步发展的主要因素。各藏戏队要走出资金困境,就需在转变传统理念、谋求自身发展的前提下,依托蒸蒸日上的西藏旅游业,建立藏戏文化园,以增加商业演出机会,提高经济收入。西藏各级政府也应充分发挥主导功能,制定企业资助藏戏的相关优惠政策,鼓励企业扶持藏戏艺术发展,从而迅速解决各藏戏队所面临的资金难题,使西藏藏戏得到全面传承和保护。
[Abstract]:For hundreds of years, seven folk Tibetan opera teams representing the traditional skills of this school have been widely respected and welcomed in Tibet. In recent years, with the impact of modern entertainment, the living space of these seven Tibetan opera teams has been greatly squeezed. The lack of funds has become the main factor hindering its further development. In order to get out of the funding dilemma, Tibetan opera teams need to build a Tibetan opera cultural park on the premise of changing traditional concepts and seeking their own development, relying on the booming tourism industry in Tibet. In order to increase opportunities for commercial performances and increase economic income, governments at all levels in Tibet should also give full play to their leading functions, formulate preferential policies for enterprises to subsidize Tibetan opera, and encourage enterprises to support the development of Tibetan opera art. In order to quickly solve the financing problems faced by the Tibetan opera teams, Tibetan opera in Tibet can be inherited and protected in an all-round way.
