【摘要】：正社会表演学认为,当一个人处于被别人关注的当众环境中并自我意识到这种环境的存在时,其心理和外部状态就会发生变化,自身行为方式也会有一定的调整。目前主持艺术的研究者们也有一个普遍共识,即主持人在创作时是存在一种使自己变得和生活中的自我不同的"调适"的,这种调适的出现是由主持艺术创作的需要决定的。"自我调适"的过程就是主持人建立自身演播状态的过程,这种经过了"调适"的心理和外部状态,就是主持人面对
[Abstract]:Positive social performance says that when a person is in a public environment that others are paying attention to and self-aware of the existence of such an environment, their psychological and external state changes. There will also be some adjustment in their own behavior. There is also a general consensus among the researchers who currently host the art that there is a "adjustment" that makes the host different from the self in his life when he creates. The emergence of this adjustment is determined by the need to host artistic creation. The process of "self-adjustment" is the process in which the host establishes his own state of acting.
