广东粤剧院观众拓展策略研究

【摘要】:广东粤剧院1958年成立,至今已走过了59个春秋,是目前广东地区最具代表性的粤剧团之一,担负着传承与弘扬粤剧的使命。粤剧是岭南文化的重要代表之一,有坚实的历史基础和丰富的文化底蕴,一度受到人们的喜爱。然而,如今包括粤剧在内的传统艺术普遍呈衰落之势,且观众的老龄化趋势日益严重,极其缺乏年轻观众的参与。那么,如何拓展粤剧的观众群体,更好地进行传播和保护粤剧文化成为目前最重要的课题之一。本文拟以广东粤剧院为个案,对粤剧的生存现状、广东粤剧院的概况、现行观众拓展策略及其目前存在的问题进行详细分析,最后提出广东粤剧院观众拓展策略改革刍议。本文为粤剧院今后的经营策略与观众拓展方面提供的建议,特别注重调动与整合社会资源,作为创新要点有三:一是创造条件让剧院专业演艺工作者,走向社区基层,平等地参与民间自发的“私伙局”活动,以“与民同乐”的方式培养观众;二是充分调动公共传媒资源,运用多种不同信息载体,全方位地引导与培育受众;三是放眼未来,让粤剧走进小学、中学、大学校园,将以粤剧为代表的区域传统音乐置于音乐教材,通过这种方式既能培养未来的观众,又对区域传统艺术的传承具有重要意义,且可能对粤剧的发展生发深远的影响。笔者希望通过有针对性的拓展策略,为广东粤剧院,乃至粤剧艺术的观众拓展提供有切实价值的理论依据,为粤剧的传承与发展献上微薄之力。
[Abstract]:Guangdong Cantonese Opera Institute was founded in 1958, and has passed through 59 Spring and Autumn periods so far. It is one of the most representative Guangdong opera troupes in Guangdong at present. It is charged with the mission of inheriting and carrying forward Cantonese opera, which is one of the important representatives of Lingnan culture. With a solid historical foundation and rich cultural background, it was once loved by people. However, nowadays, traditional art, including Cantonese opera, is generally declining, and the trend of audience aging is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, how to expand the audience of Cantonese opera, and how to better spread and protect Cantonese opera culture has become one of the most important topics. The general situation of Guangdong Guangdong Opera Institute, the current audience expansion strategy and the existing problems are analyzed in detail. Finally, the author puts forward the reform of the audience expansion strategy of Guangdong Guangdong Opera Academy. This paper provides some suggestions for the future management strategy and audience expansion of Guangdong Opera Institute, with special emphasis on mobilizing and integrating social resources. There are three main points of innovation: first, to create the conditions for theater professional entertainers to go to the grass-roots level of the community, to participate in the voluntary "private bureau" activities of the people on an equal footing, and to train the audience in the way of "having fun with the people"; Second, to fully mobilize public media resources, to use a variety of different information carriers, and to guide and cultivate audiences in all directions; third, to look ahead and let Cantonese opera enter primary, middle and university campuses. By putting the regional traditional music represented by Cantonese opera in the music teaching materials, we can not only train the future audience, but also have important significance for the inheritance of the regional traditional art. And it may have a profound influence on the development of Cantonese opera. The author hopes to provide a practical theoretical basis for the audience expansion of Guangdong Cantonese Opera Institute and even the art of Cantonese Opera through targeted expansion strategies. For the inheritance and development of Cantonese opera to provide a meagre contribution.
