办公室的戏剧呈现

【摘要】：“办公室”作为处理特定事务或提供特定服务的工作场所,是工业革命在人类社会中工作领域内带来的重要改变。在舞台上表现这种与普通人的生活息息相关的办公室,对于有着几千年历史的戏剧来说,也还是个“新”题材。从历时的角度来看,办公室戏剧作品的发展趋势基本体现了现代办公室发展的脉络。早期以易卜生剧作为代表的办公室戏剧大多是从“后台”反映办公室,是在家庭生活中间接反映有关办公室的矛盾冲突,而不是从“前台”呈现,将有关办公室的种种矛盾冲突直接放在戏剧舞台上。随着社会的发展,欧美等国的戏剧舞台上越来越多地出现了从前台直接呈现办公室的戏剧作品。舞台上办公室的形态、办公室工作种类、从业人员构成、工作规范、职业伦理、工作价值观等方面均表现出从简单到多元的发展趋势。从共时的角度分析,办公室戏剧作品常常以形象鲜明的剧中人物角色在舞台上呈现深刻的现实图景,刻画出纷扰的职场上形象各异的人物素描,反映出上司和下属之间的主要矛盾,呈现同事之间频繁常见的矛盾与竞争,勾勒出在现代工作的特性。结合中国的实际情况来看,办公室戏剧作品在上海舞台的呈现与中国社会的发展息息相关。沪产的办公室戏剧,从90年代开始初见端倪,2005年之后直接关注办公室工作的小成本沪产办公室戏剧作品数量逐渐增多。经过近二十年的发展,上海舞台出现了一些紧扣时代脉搏的作品。表现股市风云的《OK股票》、反映国企改革的《办公室秘闻》、以《杜拉拉》为代表的中产阶层职场戏等等,都与创作时的时代背景紧密相连。上海舞台对外国办公室戏剧作品的搬演,略晚于上海本地原创。这与90年代的经济建设情况和话剧发展情况有深刻的关联。两次排演《他人的钱财》,迥然各异的观众接受情况,以及《加薪秘诀》的有益尝试,都一再表明戏剧艺术是一种受观众制约的艺术形式,艺术和市场都必须进入到主创团队的视野。对办公室题材的戏剧作品进行研究总结,从艺术创作的层面上看,有利于戏剧创作者借鉴并学习前人的经验,有利于他们在坚实的基础上有目的、有方向地进行新的实验和挖掘。此外,对于办公室题材的戏剧作品进行研究总结,可以让人们通过观察他人以及对所看到的事物进行逻辑分析而进行学习。剧中的人物和案例,可以提供人们行为模仿或规避的榜样；可以让人们了解和学习种种办公室行为的后果,从而形成某种自我强化以帮助人们以积极地姿态进入办公室环境。这不仅是学习专家们认为通过观察可以进行学习的原因,也是更关注艺术对生活的能动作用的人类表演学在职业领域的新任务。办公室作为汇集以工作关系维系的各类社会角色的舞台,是现代发达社会中最主要的工作场所,办公室中各种行动的本质是职场上的社会表演。在职场中运用个人权力或被赋予的权力影响他人,从政治学的角度看,是以权力运用为核心的职场政治现象,是职场上围绕权力展开的各种政治关系；从社会表演学的角度看,是有意识地用自己的行为对观者施加影响的社会表演,是在办公室这一规定情境中个体为了达成职业目标有意识地、明确地、持续地做出抉择、实施影响的职场社会表演。从人类表演学的角度来说,对于办公室特定情境中社会表演的关注,有利于个体不断敦促自己进行理想化表演的尝试,不断地塑造和修改自己的表演,以期与所面对的社会理解和期望相符合；同时又警惕欺骗性、误导性的表演。

In combination with China ' s actual situation , the presentation of office theatrical works in Shanghai is closely related to the development of Chinese society . In the past two decades , there have been a number of novels in Shanghai .

The research and summary of the drama works on the theme of the office , from the level of the art creation , is beneficial to the author of the drama to learn from and learn the experience of the previous person , which is beneficial to them to carry out new experiments and excavation on a solid foundation and in a direction .
