振兴戏曲要从基层院团做起——“花开桃李梅——十地方戏曲剧种《桃李梅》同城汇演”观察

【摘要】：在快速发展的当代社会,戏曲衰落趋势渐显,面临着愈来愈严峻的生存问题。以传统艺术形式为主要产品的戏曲院团实际情况很复杂,基本处在国家不补贴即断血的状态。戏曲的振兴,归根结底是要在基层院团身上体现的。通过观察"花开桃李梅——十地方戏曲剧种《桃李梅》同城汇演"各个参演院团的体制属性、舞台表现以及现场观众情况,得出在振兴戏曲国家已经给予政策层面支撑的前提下,基层院团还应该从重视院团管理者综合素质的培养、重视多层次人才的培养、重视年轻观众的培养这三个方面做出努力的结论。
[Abstract]:In the rapid development of contemporary society, the decline trend of opera is gradually showing, facing more and more serious problems of survival. The opera troupe with traditional art form as its main product is very complicated and is basically in the state of blood cut off without subsidy from the state. The rejuvenation of opera, in the final analysis, should be reflected in the grass-roots courtyard. By observing the institutional attributes, stage performance and audience situation of the various performing troupes of "Flower Peach Li Mei-Ten kinds of Local Opera operas," Peach and Plum Plum "in the same city, It is concluded that under the premise that the revitalization of the opera country has been supported at the policy level, the grass-roots colleges and troupes should also attach importance to the training of the comprehensive quality of the managers of the troupes and the cultivation of multi-level talents. Pay attention to the training of young audience in these three aspects of efforts to make a conclusion.
