浅论戏曲导演与演员在创作中的关系

【摘要】：正一戏曲导演是一门具有严格意义的艺术学科。就专业分工说,其职责是根据剧本进行艺术总体构思,拟定艺术处理方案和实施排演计划,周密组织和指导实施排练任务,调动演员和相关职能部门的艺术智慧,凝心聚力把平面化的剧本内容打造成立体的舞台形象,从而达到预期的演出目的和艺术效果。一部戏从筹划、排练到演出,需要导演和编剧、作曲、舞美、演员及各部门通力合作,才能顺利搬上舞台与观众见面。本文结合具体剧目的排练,谈谈自己的

As far as the professional division of labor is concerned, its responsibility is to carry out the overall conception of art according to the script, to draw up an art processing plan and a rehearsal plan, to carefully organize and guide the implementation of rehearsal tasks, and to mobilize the artistic wisdom of actors and relevant functional departments. Focus on the flat content of the script into a three-dimensional stage image, so as to achieve the desired performance purpose and artistic effect. A play from planning, rehearsal to performance, requires the director and screenwriter, composition, dance beauty, actors and departments to successfully move on to the stage to meet the audience. In this paper, combined with the rehearsal of the specific play, we will talk about our own.
