【摘要】：正前不久,我应邀到上海参加一个戏剧界的会议。会上,有位年轻的编剧为我打抱不平,说我的稿酬比同剧组的导演低得多,似有失公道,还希望我能够为自己、也为同行尽量争取一些公平的待遇。说起来,无论是报酬所得,还是职业发展,日常生活中的人们大体总是在梦想与选择之间前行吧。而我成长的那个年代,却不允许我为自己的梦想
[Abstract]:Not long ago, I was invited to Shanghai to attend a conference in the theatrical world. At the meeting, a young screenwriter complained for me, saying that my pay for manuscripts was much lower than that of the directors of the same crew. I also hoped that I could fight for some fair treatment for myself and for my peers as much as possible. Speaking of which, whether it's pay or career development, people in daily life are generally moving between dreams and choices. And when I was growing up, I wasn't allowed to dream for myself.
