朝鲜族传统民歌传承保护探析

【摘要】：朝鲜族是一个能歌善舞、勤劳奋进的伟大民族,他们在长期的生产生活实践中创造了别具地域民族文化特色的传统民歌,有劳动歌、抒情歌和风俗歌等;各级政府采取政策支撑、资金支持及人才扶助等激励措施,大力传承保护该民族的文化资源;传承过程中普遍面临传承资金不足、传承人才匮乏及生成环境发生变异等问题;结合"十三五"时期的未来发展趋势,应从拓宽资金来源渠道、加快传承人才培养及创新传承保护路径等入手,全面提升朝鲜族传统民歌传承保护的质量水平。
[Abstract]:Korean nationality is a great nation that can sing and dance, industriously and energetically. They have created traditional folk songs with regional national cultural characteristics in their long-term production and life practice, including labor songs, lyric songs and custom songs. Governments at all levels take policy support, fund support and talent support to vigorously inherit and protect the cultural resources of the nation, the inheritance process is generally faced with the lack of inheritance funds, inheritance talent shortage and generation environment variation, and so on; Combined with the future development trend of the 13th Five-Year Plan period, we should start with widening the source of funds, quickening the cultivation of talents and innovating the path of heritage protection, so as to improve the quality level of traditional Korean folk song inheritance and protection in an all-round way.
