【摘要】： 音乐课堂管理是音乐教育管理的重要组成部分,是提高音乐课堂教学效率,培养学生学习主动性,促进良好师生关系的重要手段。本文论述了“课堂管理”的变革、定位、功能及特性,并提出了音乐课堂管理的特殊性。笔者采用课堂教学观察、教师访谈、问卷调查等多种实证研究方法,从我国音乐课堂的现状入手,针对其存在的问题,研究我国音乐课堂管理诸要素,包括课堂环境管理、课堂规则管理、课堂问题行为管理及合作学习小组的管理等与音乐特殊性的紧密结合,进而提出可行性的管理建议,以期为广大的音乐教育研究者和实践工作者提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Music classroom management is an important part of music education management. It is an important way to improve the efficiency of music classroom teaching, cultivate students' learning initiative and promote good teacher-student relationship. This paper discusses the change, orientation, function and characteristics of "classroom management", and puts forward the particularity of the management of music class. The author uses the empirical research method of classroom teaching observation, teacher interviews, questionnaires etc., starting from the status quo of China's music class, according to the problems existing in the research of various elements of the music classroom management in our country, including the classroom environment management, classroom management, classroom rules problem behavior management and cooperative learning group management and special the music closely, then put forward feasible suggestions, in order to provide reference for the majority of the music education research and practice workers.
