提高高职美术专业学生就业竞争力的研究

【摘要】：在高校扩招的背景下,高职美术教育可以尝试从三个方面提高美术专业学生的就业竞争力。首先,美术教育可以通过提高学生自主培养实践能力的意识和创造多式多样的专业实践机会,提高学生的实践能力。其次,教师要注重提升学生的人文素养,引导学生加强人文知识的学习和提高艺术鉴赏的能力。最后,为了让学生更好地立足于社会,美术专业教师要善于挖掘学生的创新能力,在教学和实践的过程中培养学生的艺术个性,引导学生把握时代的脉搏。
[Abstract]:In the context of college enrollment, vocational art education can try to improve art students' employment competitiveness from three aspects. First, the art education can improve the students' practice ability consciousness and create a variety of professional practice opportunities, improve the practice ability of students. Secondly, teachers should pay attention to enhance the humanistic quality of students to guide students to strengthen the study of humane knowledge and improve the ability of art appreciation. Finally, in order to give students a better foothold in the society, professional art teachers should make good use of the innovation ability of students, to cultivate students' artistic personality in the process of teaching and practice, to guide students to grasp the pulse of the times.
