【摘要】：在翻译研究先后聚焦语文学、语言学和文化研究等领域之后,有西方学者提出翻译研究回归到了伦理问题上。翻译作为一项多方参与的活动,必定涉及道德判断与选择,也就是说翻译必定涉及伦理问题。 翻译家Antoine Berman, Lawrence Venuti和Anthony Pym等都做了相关的翻译伦理研究,但Andrew Chesterman对翻译伦理五种模式的阐述被认为是具有代表性的。他分五种模式阐述了翻译伦理问题,即再现伦理——准确再现原文文本、原文作者；服务伦理——完成与委托人协商后达成的要求；交际伦理——与“他者”进行交流；基于规范伦理——满足特定的文化期待；以及Chesterman后来加上的第五种伦理：承诺伦理——履行职业道德的规范和誓言。他的阐述综合了很多既有翻译伦理观,为研究各种翻译思想及翻译实践提供了多维视角,本文将运用他的伦理模式分类分析译者的伦理差异。 因为译者翻译伦理观直接影响着译者在翻译过程中做出的选择,所以译者翻译伦理的差异导致译本的千差万别。本文选择两位著名翻译家朱生豪和梁实秋翻译的《罗密欧与朱丽叶》进行对比研究,从翻译伦理模式角度分析译本,弄清他们是如何遵循翻译伦理,找出各自翻译伦理上的差异,并分析这些差异是如何影响他们的翻译的。
