【摘要】：《潜夫论笺校正》是著名训诂学家彭铎校勘、训诂的代表著作，该书在清人汪继培《潜夫论笺》的基础上，增释补正千有余条，涉及多方面的内容而以增注、纠误、精校为主，并且做了补充阐述的工作。书中综合运用各种训释方法，并以丰富的文献材料证成其说，具有很高的学术成就。本论文运用归纳、统计的方法，从训诂学的角度对《潜夫论笺校正》做了较为全面的分析。论文由五个部分组成，第一章对王符和《潜夫论》、彭铎和《潜夫论笺校正》及其语言研究现状做了概括述评；第二章从解释篇题、解释词语、训释句子、论说修辞、分析句读等方面论述了《潜夫论笺校正》的训诂内容；第三章论述了《潜夫论笺校正》的训诂术语，统计归纳出注音、释义、校勘、修辞、说明字体形音义关系等五类术语，，并对每类术语进行详细说明，举例论证；第四章论述了《潜夫论笺校正》的训诂方法，重点阐述了注音、因声求义、通语法、审文例等方法；最后一部分是结束语，阐明了《潜夫论笺校正》的训诂价值及本论文的优缺点，同时提出了后续研究的设想。
