【摘要】:随着中国的国际影响力日益增强,汉语学习在国际上持续升温,越来越多的外国学生选择到中国来学习汉语,体验中国文化。为了解中国人对中亚来华留学生的态度与看法,发现中亚留学生教育管理中存在的问题,,研究以教育学、心理学、跨文化交际学的理论为指导,选取了新疆7所大学、交通银行以及大型超市等周边地区,对同中亚留学生有过交往的学生、教师、楼层管理员、餐厅服务员、售货员、清洁工等工作人员进行了大量问卷调查。调查中对总样本的搜集兼顾了族别、性别、同中亚留学生交往时间、年龄、教育程度、专业的分布。研究从中亚来华留学生的日常生活着手,从自然环境和社会生活适应、语言适应、社会交往适应、学业适应、心理状态等方面了解中亚来华留学生的适应情况,探索影响中亚来华留学生跨文化适应的个人因素和社会因素。 论文由四个章节构成。第一章为前言,介绍了问题的缘起、研究目的及意义、文献综述、研究方法。第二章为中亚留学生在中国社会形象的调查,包括样本的选取、基本情况统计、中国人对中亚留学生来华的原因和目的了解情况调查、中亚留学生与中国人的交往情况调查、冲突及其解决途径调查,还有中国社会对中亚留学生社会行为习惯的认知调查。第三章对中亚留学生在中国社会形象形成的原因分析,分别从社会背景差异、文化误解二个方面进行分析。第四章分析了中亚留学生在中国社会的形象形成对其跨文化适应的影响,提出了解决这些问题的建议。 研究发现,第一,中亚留学生的个体因素不同程度地影响了他们在中国的社会形象。被调查者的性别,年龄,来华时间、资金来源、交往方式等因素对中亚留学生在中国社会中的地位有显著影响。第二,中亚来华留学生参加的社会文化活动对其适应有显著影响。第三,中国人与中亚来华留学生在人际交往适应方面普遍存在困难。最后,根据问卷得出的结论,针对教学、管理、文化交流等方面给予建议并提出一些有待于今后进一步探讨的问题。
[Abstract]:With the increasing international influence of China, Chinese learning continues to heat up internationally, and more and more foreign students choose to study Chinese and experience Chinese culture in China.In order to understand the attitudes and views of the Chinese towards the overseas students from Central Asia, and to find out the problems existing in the educational management of the students from Central Asia, the study, guided by the theories of pedagogy, psychology and cross-cultural communication, selected seven universities in Xinjiang.In the surrounding areas, such as Bank of Communications and large supermarkets, a large number of questionnaires were conducted among students, teachers, floor administrators, restaurant attendants, sales assistants, cleaners and other staff who had contacts with students from Central Asia.In the survey, the collection of total samples takes into account the ethnic group, gender, contact time, age, education level, professional distribution with students from Central Asia.The study began with the daily life of students from Central Asia, and learned about the adaptation of students from Central Asia to China from the aspects of natural environment and social life adaptation, language adaptation, social interaction adaptation, academic adaptation, psychological state, etc.To explore the individual and social factors that affect the cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese students from Central Asia.The paper consists of four chapters.The first chapter is the preface, which introduces the origin, purpose and significance of the research, literature review and research methods.The second chapter is the investigation of the social image of the students of Central Asia in China, including the selection of samples, the basic statistics, the investigation of the reasons and purposes of the Chinese students coming to China, and the survey of the communication between the students of Central Asia and the Chinese.A survey of conflicts and their solutions, as well as a survey of Chinese society's cognition of the social behavior habits of students studying in Central Asia.The third chapter analyzes the causes of the formation of the social image of the Central Asian students in China, respectively from the social background differences and cultural misunderstanding.Chapter four analyzes the influence of the image formation of Central Asian students in Chinese society on their cross-cultural adaptation, and puts forward some suggestions to solve these problems.The results show that, first, the individual factors of Central Asian students affect their social image in China to varying degrees.The gender, age, time of arrival, source of funds and ways of communication have significant influence on the status of students from Central Asia in Chinese society.Second, the social and cultural activities of Chinese students from Central Asia have a significant impact on their adaptation.Third, Chinese and Central Asian students in China generally have difficulties in interpersonal adaptation.Finally, according to the conclusions of the questionnaire, this paper gives some suggestions on teaching, management, cultural exchange and puts forward some problems to be further discussed.
