中国援建塞拉利昂夏洛特和马卡里水电站工程项目口译实践报告

【摘要】：中国是世界上最大的发展中国家。60多年来,中国在致力于自身发展的同时,一直坚持向其他发展中国家提供力所能及的援助。在中国60多年的援外历史中,创造了具有中国特色的援外模式。援外工程项目一直是中国援外的主要形式,项目的口译工作者承担着为中国在国际社会上树立良好的国家形象、增进中外友好,促进国际交流与合作等重要任务。随着中国的援外工程项目越来越多,就会有越来越多的口译活动以及需要更多的高素质的口译人员。本文依据作者在2005至2007这两年在利比里亚担任中国援助利比里亚SKD体育场项目以及2012年在中国援建塞拉利昂夏洛特水电站项目担任翻译的实践经验,从援外工程项目对译员的技能要求入手,分析了在担任援外项目现场翻译过程中译员心理状况对翻译质量的影响以及从译员的能力、角色定位与转换等方面结合相关理论探讨了在此次实践过程中遇到的障碍和应对策略。同时提出了在口译实践过程中未能解决的一些问题,以期为援外工程现场口译人员与口译研究提供相关参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:China has been the largest developing country in the world for more than 60 years. In China's 60-year history of foreign aid, it has created a foreign aid model with Chinese characteristics. The foreign aid project is always the main form of China's foreign aid. The interpreters of the project undertake the important tasks of establishing a good national image for China in the international community, enhancing Sino-foreign friendship, and promoting international exchanges and cooperation. With the increasing number of foreign aid projects in China, there will be more and more interpreting activities and the need for more high-quality interpreters. This paper is based on the author's practical experience of working as a translator in Liberia for the SKD Stadium project in Liberia from 2005 to 2007 and for the construction of the Charlotte Hydropower Station in Sierra Leone in 2012. Based on the technical requirements of the foreign aid project, this paper analyzes the influence of the psychological condition of the interpreter on the translation quality and the ability of the interpreter in the process of on-the-spot translation of the foreign aid project. This paper discusses the obstacles and coping strategies in the course of this practice in combination with the theory of role orientation and transformation. At the same time, this paper puts forward some problems which can not be solved in the process of interpreting practice, in order to provide relevant reference and reference for the field interpreters and interpreting research of foreign aid projects.
