济南市市容标牌用字研究

【摘要】：语言是一种社会现象，语言的规范化程度是城市总体形象的标志之一。标牌能够代表一个城市的形象，标牌的用语用字体现了该市市民整体文化素质和城市的文明程度。本文以济南市市容标牌用字为研究对象，通过实地调查、走访拍摄、填写调查卡片等方式共调查标牌8211个，对其进行量化统计，分析各类错误类型，，归纳其原因并提出解决对策，供语言文字管理部门提供参考依据，从而达到规范济南市市容用字的目的。推广规范用字，需要社会各方共同努力。本次调查研究主要以《国家通用语言文字法》为依据。论文分为五个部分：第一章绪论部分。主要介绍了本文的研究背景，明确了研究的目的和意义，并且列举与本文相关的研究综述，详细阐明了调查研究的理论依据。第二章济南市市容标牌用字问题的调查。本章包括调查组织和调查结果两方面的内容。调查组织是从调查的范围和对象、方法及要求几个方面来写调查的具体组织情况；调查结果是从不规范字的字形字体、具体街道使用情况、使用对象等角度进行具体对比分析，反映了济南市语言文字应用的现状。第三章济南市市容标牌用字问题的原因分析。主要分析了使用繁体字、仿词不当的原因，并且提出不规范用字和现行汉字规范标准本身的缺陷、使用者文化水平及相关政府部门责任落实不到位有关。第四章济南市市容标牌汉语拼音应用情况分析。列举并分析了标牌汉语拼音的错误类型，并针对不规范的情况作了点滴思考。第五章解决市容标牌用字问题的对策。在对济南市市容标牌用字进行分析的基础上，结合国家语委2012年工作要点、提出了相应的策略，包括：加强宣传引导提高全民意识、夯实学校文字教育工作、以《通用规范汉字表》为标准对社会用字进行规范统一、中文信息技术产品应优化统一、依法做好语言文字监管工作。
[Abstract]:Language is a social phenomenon, and the standardization of language is one of the symbols of the overall image of the city. The signs can represent the image of a city, and the words used in the signs reflect the overall cultural quality of the citizens of the city and the civilization of the city. This article takes Jinan city appearance sign word as the research object, through the field investigation, visits the shooting, fills in the investigation card and so on the way to investigate the sign 8211, carries on the quantification statistics to it, analyzes each kind of error type, The reasons are summarized and the countermeasures are put forward to provide the reference for the language management department so as to achieve the purpose of standardizing the characters used in Jinan city appearance. Popularizing the standard use of words, need the joint efforts of all parties in society. This investigation and research is mainly based on the National General language Law. The thesis is divided into five parts: The first chapter is introduction. This paper mainly introduces the research background of this paper, clarifies the purpose and significance of the research, enumerates the related research review, and expounds the theoretical basis of the investigation and research in detail. The second chapter is the investigation of the character problem of Jinan city appearance sign. This chapter includes the investigation organization and the investigation result two aspects content. The investigation organization is to write about the specific organization of the investigation from the scope and object of investigation, methods and requirements. The results of the investigation are from the perspective of font with irregular characters, the use of specific streets, and the use of objects, and so on. It reflects the present situation of the application of language and characters in Jinan. The third chapter analyzes the reasons for the problem of city appearance signs in Jinan. This paper mainly analyzes the reasons of improper use of traditional Chinese characters and imitating words, and puts forward the defects of non-standard characters and the current Chinese character standard itself, the user's cultural level and the lack of responsibility of relevant government departments. Chapter four analyzes the application of Chinese phonetic alphabet of Jinan city appearance sign. This paper enumerates and analyzes the wrong types of Chinese phonetic alphabet of signs, and makes some reflections on the nonstandard situation. The fifth chapter resolves the problem of city appearance sign. On the basis of the analysis of the characters used in the city appearance signs in Jinan, combined with the main points of the work of the State language Committee in 2012, the corresponding strategies are put forward, including: strengthening propaganda, guiding and raising the awareness of the whole people, ramming up the work of the school writing education, According to the standard of "General Standard Chinese character Table", the social characters should be standardized and unified. The Chinese information technology products should be optimized and unified, and the supervision of language and characters should be done well according to law.
