继往开来,迎接汉语国际教育的新阶段

【摘要】：我国的汉语国际教育已经进入了第二个历史阶段。在第一个历史阶段中,对外汉语教学顺利转型为汉语国际教育。国内一共有200多所大学参与创办孔子学院,全球一共建立了358所孔子学院和503个孔子课堂,已成为国际化的文化交流平台。北京师范大学汉语文化学院在第一阶段作出了很大的贡献。2011年的孔子大会标志着进入第二历史阶段,这是国际形势的需要、中国的需要、当今不同文化之间交流的需要。我们要在汉语国际教育中进行全面的文化交流,通过文化交流沟通彼此的心灵。这需要在三方面做好准备:一是培养人才,尤其是职业化的中方院长,使之成为民间的文化交流大使;二是转变观念,要正确地、全面地认清形势,明确责任,调整个人的知识结构和人才结构,使人员整体成为中国走向世界、中华文化走向世界、中国语言走向世界的中流砥柱和骨干;三是要有措施,要落实。在具体措施方面,需要各方支持,培养人才,综合利用,争取外援。
[Abstract]:Chinese international education in China has entered the second historical stage. In the first stage of history, teaching Chinese as a foreign language was transformed into international Chinese education. More than 200 universities in China have participated in the establishment of Confucius Institutes, and 358 Confucius Institutes and 503 Confucius classrooms have been set up worldwide, which has become an international cultural exchange platform. The Chinese Culture Institute of Beijing normal University made great contributions in the first stage. The Confucius Congress in 2011 marked the second historical stage, which is the need of the international situation, the need of China, and the need of communication among different cultures today. We must carry on the comprehensive cultural exchange in the Chinese international education, communicates each other's hearts through the cultural exchange. This needs to be prepared in three areas: first, to train talents, especially the professionalized Chinese Premier, so that they can become ambassadors for cultural exchanges among the people; and second, to change their concepts, to correctly and comprehensively recognize the situation and to make clear their responsibilities. To adjust the individual's knowledge structure and talent structure, make the whole personnel become the mainstay and backbone of China, Chinese culture and Chinese language to the world; third, we must have measures and implement them. In terms of specific measures, we need support from all sides, training talents, comprehensive use, and foreign aid.
