不同人际关系制约下的冲突性话语研究

【摘要】：在日常生活中，人与人之间的冲突时有发生，在言语交际过程中发生争执、争吵，，甚至相互辱骂的情况也十分常见。冲突不利于人际关系的和谐，也不利于社会的和谐发展，所以对冲突性话语的研究是十分有意义的。为了帮助人们把握冲突性话语的特点，以便在生活中更好地处理话语冲突，本文以热播电视剧台词为语料，运用定量分析、定性分析、对比分析的方法，对冲突性话语的结构特征、缓和策略以及不同人际关系间冲突话语的差异进行分析，探讨不同社交语用因素对冲突性话语的制约。按照前人划分的冲突性话语的三个话步进行研究，即起始话步、冲突话步、结束话步，运用定性分析的方法具体分析每一个话步展开的方式。在冲突过程中，人们也会借助各种语言手段来控制冲突性话语的发展，我们称之为冲突性话语管理策略，冲突性话语管理策略对冲突性话语的发展有至关重要的作用，我们将其分为缓和策略和加剧策略，分别讨论缓和冲突和加剧冲突的语言手段。我们从各种人际关系中，选取最常见的夫妻关系、代际关系、同事关系和朋友关系，对比分析他们在冲突性话语中的差异。通过对语料的分类统计整理发现，不同人际关系间的冲突性话语在起始话步中存在差异。语用距离是导致人际关系间冲突性话语差异的主要原因。对各人际关系中冲突双方的冲突性话语进行对比分析，发现权势和性别是导致差异的主要原因。
[Abstract]:In daily life, conflicts between people occur from time to time. Disputes, quarrels and even verbal abuse are common in verbal communication. Conflict is not conducive to the harmony of interpersonal relations and the harmonious development of society, so the study of conflict discourse is of great significance. In order to help people grasp the characteristics of conflicting discourse and deal with the conflict better in their daily life, this paper uses the methods of quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis and comparative analysis to use the lines of popular TV series as the corpus. This paper analyzes the structural characteristics of conflict discourse, mitigation strategies and the differences of conflict discourse between different interpersonal relationships, and discusses the constraints of different social pragmatic factors on conflict discourse. According to the three steps of conflict discourse divided by predecessors, this paper studies the starting step, the conflict step and the ending step. The qualitative analysis method is used to analyze the mode of each step's development. In the process of conflict, people also control the development of conflict discourse by various linguistic means. We call it conflict discourse management strategy. Conflict discourse management strategy plays an important role in the development of conflict discourse. We divide them into mitigation strategies and aggravation strategies, and discuss the linguistic means of conflict mitigation and exacerbation respectively. We choose the most common relationships between husband and wife, intergenerational relationship, coworker relationship and friend relationship from all kinds of interpersonal relationships, and compare and analyze their differences in conflict discourse. According to the classification and statistical analysis of the corpus, it is found that the conflicting utterances in different interpersonal relationships are different in the starting steps. Pragmatic distance is the main cause of interpersonal conflict utterance difference. A comparative analysis of conflicting utterances between the conflicting parties in interpersonal relationships shows that power and gender are the main causes of the differences.
