初中教师惩劝语研究

【摘要】:摘要:当今,师生冲突已成为备受社会关注的话题之一。师生冲突的存在不仅会危害学生的身心健康发展,也会损害教师的威信,损害学校的声誉,甚至会影响社会的安定和谐。因此,在素质教育的背景下,迫切地需要改善教师的教育言行。论文主要阐述教育言语之一——教师惩劝语。 教师惩劝语是教师与学生以惩劝为目的的交际言语,是语言的职业变体。论文分五部分论述: 绪论部分对教师惩劝语的国内外研究现状进行了文献综述,指出本研究的意义。第一章依据教育领域惩劝教育理论和语言学领域言语理论,提出教师惩劝语理论假设;根据说者、环境、手段的不同,将教师惩劝语分为三大类,彰显不同类别的个性特点。第二章剖析教师惩劝语的三大类特点,验证教师惩劝语理论假设的可行性;印证教师教育言语冲突给学生带来的负面影响。第三章以城乡两所学校为例,通过问卷和采访两种方法进行调查,收集相关数据和文字材料。统计分析惩劝语调查结果,进一步印证教师惩劝语理论假设。第四章从教师、学生、学校、社会和制度五个层面,对教师不当惩劝语存在的原因进行分析,,并提出了规避策略。 本文的研究,既充实了教育理论和言语交际理论,又为教师教育言语提供了理论上、方法上的指导,为中国的未来教育事业的健康蓬勃发展略尽绵力。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: nowadays, the conflict between teachers and students has become one of the topics concerned by the society. The existence of teacher-student conflict will not only harm the development of students' physical and mental health, but also damage the prestige of teachers, the reputation of schools and even the stability and harmony of society. Therefore, under the background of quality education, it is urgent to improve teachers' words and deeds. This paper mainly expounds one of educational speech-teacher's dissuasion. Teachers'dissuasion is a communicative language for the purpose of punishment and persuasion, and it is a professional variation of language. The paper is divided into five parts: the introduction summarizes the current research situation of teachers' dissuasion at home and abroad, and points out the significance of this study. In the first chapter, according to the theory of education in the field of education and the theory of speech in the field of linguistics, the hypothesis of the theory of dissuasion is put forward. According to the differences of the speaker, the environment and the means, the dissuasive language of the teacher is divided into three categories, showing the personality characteristics of different types. The second chapter analyzes the three kinds of characteristics of teachers' dissuasion, verifies the feasibility of the hypothesis of teachers' punishment and persuasion, and verifies the negative influence of teachers' educational language conflict on students. The third chapter takes urban and rural schools as an example, through questionnaire and interview two methods to investigate, collect relevant data and text materials. Statistical analysis of the findings of dissuasion further confirms the theoretical hypothesis of teachers' dissuasion. The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons of teachers' improper punishment and persuasion from five aspects: teacher, student, school, society and system, and puts forward the strategies of circumvention. The research in this paper not only enriches the educational theory and the speech communication theory, but also provides the guidance in theory and method for the teachers' educational speech, and makes a little effort for the healthy and vigorous development of the future education in China.
