图式理论探析网络招聘广告

【摘要】:在竞争激烈的当今社会,人力资源已经成为重要的生产力,在一定程度上决定着一个公司的繁荣发展。随着互联网技术的进步和普及,网络招聘已成为越来越普遍的招聘方式。网络招聘广告是招聘方和潜在求职者互动和协商过程中的主要媒介。国内对招聘广告的研究主要集中在体裁分析,人际意义,内容分析,语言分析等。国外对网络招聘广告的研究主要集中于广告结果,具体操作方法,广告对应聘者的影响以及种族和性别歧视等方面。但是,从图式理论的角度探究网络招聘广告的研究不多。因此,本文通过分析图式理论对求职者和招聘人员的影响,以及网络招聘广告的图式解读来分析网络招聘广告和图式理论的关系。 图式理论是当今认知心理学中最活跃的理论之一。在认知语言学和社会语言学的发展基础上,图式理论逐渐成为一个热门话题,受到了学者的广泛关注。本文从国内著名招聘网站选取30篇招聘广告,运用图式理论中的语言图式,内容图式和形式图式分析图式理论如何帮助求职者正确理解网络招聘广告,如何帮助公司招聘人员编写职位描述,挑选合适候选人,以及如何正确解读招聘广告的体裁图式。本文意义如下:一是图式理论式对网络招聘广告的生成和理解具有较强的解释力,由此拓宽图式理论的实际应用与解释范围;二是从图式理论的角度分析招聘广告,这是一个全新的视角。 本文分为五部分。总述介绍了文章的背景,目的,研究方法和结构。第一章是文献总述,阐述了国内外对网络招聘广告的研究以及国内对图式理论的研究。第二章是本文的理论框架。第三章从语言图式,内容图式和形式图式分析了网络招聘广告。最后一部分是结论。 本文结论包括:(1)求职者储存在头脑中的语言图式帮助他们从语言层面理解招聘广告。相关的内容图式加快了求职者对广告的理解。应聘者可以建立相关的语言图式,内容图式甚至形式图式。而且,在文本处理的过程中,他们可以通过自由激活这三种图式来梳理杂论的文本,进而理解整个网络招聘广告。(2)对于招聘者来说,语言图式和内容图式在理解招聘广告,,挑选合适候选人和翻译招聘广告的过程中起作用。招聘者需不断积累一个工作岗位中的专业术语,基本知识和具体工作来建立相关图式,进而编写出更好的广告和翻译版本。(3)网络招聘广告的固定结构能使广告的目的:吸引人才和宣传企业更好地实现。值得一提的是,为实现应聘者和招聘者之间的有效沟通,招聘者应在广告中建立平等的权力关系。
[Abstract]:In today's competitive society, human resources have become an important productivity, to a certain extent, determines the prosperity and development of a company. With the progress and popularization of Internet technology, online recruitment has become a more and more popular way of recruitment. Domestic research on job advertisements mainly focuses on genre analysis, interpersonal meaning, content analysis, language analysis and so on. Foreign research on online job advertisements mainly focuses on advertising results, specific methods of operation, the impact of advertising on candidates and racial and gender discrimination. Therefore, this paper analyzes the relationship between online recruitment advertisement and schema theory by analyzing the influence of Schema Theory on job seekers and recruiters, and the schema interpretation of online recruitment advertisement.
Schema theory is one of the most active theories in cognitive psychology. On the basis of the development of cognitive linguistics and sociolinguistics, schema theory has gradually become a hot topic and attracted wide attention of scholars. And formal schema analysis schema theory how to help job seekers correctly understand online recruitment advertisements, how to help company recruiters write job descriptions, select suitable candidates, and how to correctly interpret the genre of recruitment advertisements schema. Strong explanatory power, thus broadening the scope of practical application and interpretation of schema theory; Second, from the perspective of schema theory to analyze recruitment advertising, this is a new perspective.
This paper is divided into five parts. The background, purpose, research methods and structure of the article are introduced. The first chapter is a literature review. It expounds the research on online recruitment advertisement at home and abroad and the research on Schema Theory in China. The second chapter is the theoretical framework of this paper. The third chapter analyzes online recruitment from the perspective of language schema, content schema and formal schema. The last part is the conclusion.
The conclusions are as follows: (1) The linguistic schemata stored in the minds of job seekers help them understand job advertisements from a linguistic perspective. The relevant content schemata speed up job seekers'understanding of advertisements. (2) Language schema and content schema play an important role in the process of understanding recruitment advertisements, selecting suitable candidates and translating recruitment advertisements. Recruiters need to accumulate professional terms and basic knowledge in a job. (3) The fixed structure of online recruitment advertisements can make the purpose of advertising: attracting talents and promoting enterprises to achieve better. It is worth mentioning that in order to achieve effective communication between candidates and recruiters, recruiters should establish equality in advertising. Power relations.
