高职学生应用文写作偏误分析

【摘要】：本文主要研究高职学生应用文写作文体偏误及偏误成因,在此基础之上提出相应的防治偏误的措施以及应用文写作的教学策略。文章主要借鉴偏误理论的分析框架,对高职学生应用文写作文体偏误进行分析和研究。历来对应用文写作的研究大多都是从应用文的写作模式、教材的编写以及教学这些角度展开的,对学生应用文写作的分析也大多围绕选词造句的错误,从句法层面作静态的分析,很少上升到语篇以及语用的层面,对学生写作中的各种问题进行系统的、动态的分析。通过检索,专门针对以汉语为母语的高职学生应用文写作中的偏误研究更是一项空白,文章在进行偏误归类、分析的过程中,以篇章语言学和系统功能语言学对语篇、文体的研究成果为依据,并借鉴相关理论进行分析。本文的语料来源是选取四川文化传媒学院传媒系2010至2012级九个专业的学生应用文写作期末考试试卷以及学生课堂练习和课后习作,以此建立一个小型的应用文写作语料库。基于该语料库的分析,归纳总结应用文写作文体偏误类型,并探讨产生偏误的原因,最后提出针对性的教学策略。全文具体框架如下：第一章指出研究的内容、目的及意义,对该领域的研究成果进行梳理,对语料来源、研究方法等进行说明。第二章偏误分析理论、连续统理论、衔接连贯理论的介绍。第三章偏误归类。通过统计分析、比较各类偏误在应用文写作中所占比例,将偏误现象分别归入词汇、句法、语篇、语用四个层面,并逐一对其进行分析。第四章通过定性、定量研究对上述应用文文体偏误的形成原因进行探讨。第五章针对应用文各类偏误提出相应的教学策略和建议。本文研究的意义在于：对应用文写作文体偏误的研究成果可应用于高职应用文写作教学实践；能向中小学语文教学以及对外汉语写作教学提供一定的参考；论文提供了行政公文写作的部分偏误语料数据,能为后来的研究者提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the stylistic errors and the causes of the errors in practical writing of vocational college students, and then puts forward the corresponding measures to prevent and cure errors and the teaching strategies of practical writing. Based on the analysis frame of error theory, this paper analyzes and studies the stylistic errors of practical writing of vocational college students. The research on practical writing has always been carried out from the perspective of writing mode, textbook compilation and teaching, and the analysis of students' practical writing mostly revolves around the mistakes of choosing words and constructing sentences. The static analysis from the syntactic level rarely rises to the level of discourse and pragmatics and makes a systematic and dynamic analysis of various problems in students' writing. Through retrieval, it is a blank to study the errors in the practical writing of Chinese native vocational students. In the process of classification and analysis of errors, text linguistics and systemic functional linguistics are used to analyze the text. Based on the research results of stylistics, and using relevant theories for analysis. The source of this paper is to build a small practical writing corpus by selecting the final examination papers of the nine majors from 2010 to 2012 in the Media Department of Sichuan University of Culture and Communication as well as the students' classroom exercises and after-class exercises. Based on the analysis of the corpus, this paper sums up the types of writing errors in practical writing, probes into the causes of the errors, and finally puts forward some targeted teaching strategies. The main contents of this paper are as follows: chapter one points out the content, purpose and significance of the research, combs the research results in this field, explains the source of the corpus and the research methods. Chapter two introduces the theory of error analysis, continuum theory and cohesion coherence theory. Chapter three classifies bias error. Through statistical analysis, this paper compares the proportion of various errors in practical writing, classifies the errors into four levels: vocabulary, syntax, discourse and pragmatics, and analyzes them one by one. Chapter four explores the causes of the above errors through qualitative and quantitative studies. The fifth chapter puts forward some teaching strategies and suggestions for practical errors. The significance of this study lies in: the research results of practical writing style bias can be applied to the teaching practice of practical writing in higher vocational schools, and can provide some reference for the Chinese teaching in primary and secondary schools and the teaching of Chinese writing as a foreign language. This paper provides some error data of administrative document writing, which can provide some reference for later researchers.
