鲁迅翻译思想之伦理审视

【摘要】：翻译伦理关注翻译层面“自我”与“他者”的关系问题,并影响着翻译主体的行为活动。翻译伦理的回归,掀起了一股相关研究的热潮,为翻译研究提供了新的视角。近年来,国内学者也开始了翻译伦理的译介和研究,但从翻译伦理视角研究本土翻译思想的尚且不多。本文试以翻译伦理为视角,主要结合彻斯特曼的翻译伦理模式和韦努蒂的异化伦理观,解读鲁迅翻译思想。文章首先梳理了鲁迅的翻译主张、翻译目的、选材立场的由来,考察其翻译思想与翻译伦理之间的内在关系。在此基础上通过分析,归纳等方法,重点阐释鲁迅翻译思想所蕴含的伦理价值观。通过对鲁迅翻译思想进行解析,文章指出,鲁迅“硬译”、“保持异国情调”、“宁信而不顺”到“读者分类”的翻译主张是一脉相承的,既相辅相成又各有侧重,虽然提出的时间和背景不同,但都在为其“窃得洋火照人间”的翻译目的服务,并且依次彰显了“立人立国”、“再现”、“存异”、“责任”的翻译伦理观。另外,鲁迅翻译思想还给我们以现代译学研究的启示,即对中外文化态度的启示和对翻译批评范式的启示。鲁迅的翻译思想具有鲜明的时代色彩和中国特征,是鲁迅对中国的社会状况,民族心理、语言文化特征综合考虑的结果。同时,我们看到鲁迅的翻译思想不仅渗透着翻译伦理的印记,还体现着鲁迅胸怀宽广的精神情怀和启民救国、关爱民众的社会责任感。从翻译伦理视角审析鲁迅翻译思想以展现其翻译思想的合理性以及现代意义,或将有助于规正对鲁迅翻译主张的误读。最后,期望本研究能对当今的翻译实践和翻译研究起到可资借鉴的作用。
[Abstract]:Translation ethics focuses on the relationship between "self" and "other" in translation and influences the subject's behavior. The return of translation ethics sets off a wave of related studies and provides a new perspective for translation studies. In recent years, domestic scholars have also begun to introduce and study translation ethics, but there are few studies on local translation ideas from the perspective of translation ethics. From the perspective of translation ethics, this paper attempts to interpret Lu Xun's translation thoughts from the perspective of Chesterman's ethical model of translation and Weinuti's ethics of alienation. Firstly, the thesis combs Lu Xun's translation ideas, translation purposes, and the origin of his position on material selection, and examines the internal relationship between his translation thought and translation ethics. On the basis of this analysis and inductive methods, this paper focuses on explaining the ethical values contained in Lu Xun's translation thoughts. Based on the analysis of Lu Xun's translation thoughts, the article points out that the translation ideas such as "hard translation", "keeping foreign sentiment", "better faith than good" to "classification of readers" are closely related to each other, which complement each other and focus on each other. Although the time and background are different, they all serve the translation purpose of "stealing the fire to shine upon the world", and show in turn the ethics of "building a country", "reappearing", "reserving differences" and "responsibility". In addition, Lu Xun's translation thought also gives us the enlightenment of modern translation studies, that is, the enlightenment to Chinese and foreign cultural attitudes and to the paradigm of translation criticism. Lu Xun's translation thought is characterized by distinct times and Chinese characteristics, which is the result of the comprehensive consideration of the social conditions, national psychology, language and cultural characteristics of China by Lu Xun. At the same time, we can see that Lu Xun's translation thoughts not only permeate the imprint of translation ethics, but also reflect the broad spiritual feelings of Lu Xun and the sense of social responsibility of enlightening the people and saving the nation and caring for the people. An analysis of Lu Xun's translation thought from the perspective of translation ethics to demonstrate the rationality and modern significance of his translation thought may help to correct the misreading of Lu Xun's translation proposition. Finally, it is hoped that this study can be used as a reference for today's translation practice and translation studies.
