人际交往中的和谐管理模式及其违反

【摘要】：言语交际中存在引发人际冲突的话语(如冒犯、责备、詈骂)等不和谐现象,但追求人际和谐则是人类理性的本质。基于Spencer-Oatey(2000,2007,2008)的人际和谐管理模式,本文指出言语交际的互动过程就是说话人对实现人际和谐—不和谐的取向选择,并体现为语境中对言语行为、话语方式等的实际选择,这是一种具有普遍解说力的人际语用模式,但冲突性话语则体现了对该模式的违反。
[Abstract]:In verbal communication there are disharmonious phenomena such as utterances (such as offending reproof swearing) which lead to interpersonal conflicts but the pursuit of interpersonal harmony is the essence of human rationality. Based on the interpersonal harmonious management model of Spencer-Oatey (20002007 / 2008), this paper points out that the interactive process of verbal communication is the speaker's choice of the orientation of realizing interpersonal harmony and disharmony, which is embodied in the actual choice of speech act and mode of speech in the context. This is a universal interpretive interpersonal pragmatic model, but conflicting discourse reflects the violation of this model.
