从语力角度探讨公司使命宣言的写作策略

本文以世界500强企业的使命宣言为研究对象,通过定性和定量分析,并开拓性地结合语力理论,为企业使命宣言的撰写提供了一些行之有效的策略和评价方法。使命宣言用简洁的话语描绘出一个企业的核心理念和长远目标。它们为企业的决策者提供导向,为员工提出行为标准,也为客户提供了了解公司的捷径。没有它一个企业将会失去方向,缺少导向。然而作为一种言语行为,企业宣言又扮演着怎样的角色呢?根据赛尔的分类标准,本文逐条分析每一则宣言,通过探查这些宣言的言外目的,适从向和心理状态,发现企业宣言应被划分为承诺行为。因而,每一则宣言都相当于企业对其员工、客户、股东(听话人)做出的承诺。基于该论点,本文对赛尔的合适条件做出了适当调整,建立了企业宣言评价模式,并作为本文的研究工具,评选满足合适条件的使命宣言。通过观察由评价模式选出的54则宣言,不难发现它们共同采用的言外之力指示手段,例如,现在时,动词不定时,陈述语气的使用。这些朴实无华的指示手段增强了使命宣言作为一种承诺行为的语力,即承诺的可信度。参考这些指示手段,本文提出了五点写作策略。如,动词不定式,第一人称代词的使用等。本文着重描绘论述过程以及这些策略的理论基础,...
