【摘要】：传承汉字文明,让世界上更多的人认识汉字,有利于中华文化走向世界,有利于世界人民认识中国。汉字要在不同的国家和地区实现统一编码,自由转换,解决不同国家使用的子集,以使我们的规范、标准既符合国际化的标准,又切合国内需要。
[Abstract]:By inheriting the Chinese character civilization, more people in the world can understand Chinese characters, which is conducive to the Chinese culture going to the world and the world people to understand China. Chinese characters should be unified and converted freely in different countries and regions. Address subsets used in different countries so that our standards meet both internationalized and domestic requirements.
