京津冀协同发展背景下高校外语人才培养模式研究——以河北省为例

【摘要】：人才资源的数量和质量在区域经济发展中起着决定性作用,外语人才是经济发展的重要资源和保障。京津冀协同发展为河北省高校外语人才培养提供了良好的契机,文章旨在分析当前河北省高校外语人才培养现状,探究如何在与京津优势教育资源和人才资源交流互补的基础上改变河北省高校外语人才培养模式,以期提高河北省外语毕业生的就业竞争力,培养出更多实践型、复合型外语人才。
[Abstract]:The quantity and quality of human resources play a decisive role in the development of regional economy, and foreign language talents are the important resources and guarantee of economic development. The coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei provides a good opportunity for foreign language talents training in colleges and universities in Hebei Province. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of foreign language talents training in colleges and universities in Hebei Province. This paper explores how to change the mode of foreign language talents training in colleges and universities in Hebei Province on the basis of exchanging and complementing the superior educational resources and talent resources with Beijing and Tianjin, with a view to improving the employment competitiveness of foreign language graduates in Hebei Province and cultivating more practical types.
