“科教融合”人才培养效果实证分析——以通化师范学院外语专业学生为例

【摘要】：不论学校是否有意识地推动科教融合,与此相关的培养现象和行为在本科生教育中大量存在,并据此将学生分成"科教融合培养的学生(融合类学生)"和"非科教融合培养的学生(非融合类学生)"两大类。通过对"科教融合"培养模式进行操作化定义,并以通化师范学院外语专业的全体学生作为调查研究对象,得出结论:科教融合培养模式能有效提升人才培养质量:融合类学生的学习目标和对专业前景的了解更为清晰;融合类学生的知识与能力的整体增长速度均比非融合类学生高出许多;横向比较评价中,融合类学生对自我知识与能力的评价、对学校的满意度以及对在校所接触到的教师评价也更高。
[Abstract]:Whether or not schools consciously promote the integration of science and education, the related training phenomena and behaviors are widespread in undergraduate education. According to this, the students are divided into two categories: "students of integration of science and education" and "students of non-integration of science and education". Through the operational definition of the training mode of "science and education integration", and taking all the students majoring in foreign language in Tonghua normal University as the object of investigation, The conclusion is that the model of integration of science and education can effectively improve the quality of talent training: the students' learning goal and the understanding of the future of specialty are more clear; The overall growth rate of knowledge and ability of fusion students is much higher than that of non-integration students. Satisfaction with the school and the teachers who come into contact with the school are also higher.
