中泰汉语教学合作政策研究

【摘要】：语言是中泰经济贸易的重要基础,中泰建交以后,泰国汉语逐渐发展起来。汉语国际推广是我国教育对外开放的重要方面,对于提升我国的“软实力”,增加中国在世界的话语权有着重要的作用。近年来,中泰两国开展了各方面的汉语教学合作项目,制定了多项泰国汉语教学政策,泰国的汉语教学初具规模。对中泰汉语教学合作政策进行研究,梳理了中泰汉语教学合作的四个发展阶段,总结目前中泰汉语教学合作成果。通过对中泰两国签订的《汉语教学合作框架》进行分析,结合目前泰国汉语教学情况指出其在实施过程中的不足之处。以玛哈沙拉坎大学孔子学院为例,分析泰国的孔子学院和孔子课堂的建立情况,以及赴泰汉语教师志愿者的教学现状。从汉语管理体系、泰国本土汉语教师、汉语教师志愿者以及泰国汉语学习人群等方面进行分析,指出中泰汉语教学合作背景下泰国汉语教学中存在的不足,提出了完善中泰汉语教学合作的建议。
[Abstract]:Language is an important basis for Sino-Thai economic and trade. After the establishment of Sino-Thai diplomatic relations, Thai Chinese gradually developed. The international promotion of Chinese is an important aspect of our country's educational opening to the outside world, which plays an important role in enhancing China's "soft power" and increasing China's right to speak in the world. In recent years, China and Thailand have carried out various Chinese teaching cooperation projects, formulated a number of Thai Chinese teaching policies, Thailand's Chinese teaching is beginning to take shape. This paper studies the Sino-Thai Chinese teaching cooperation policy, combs the four stages of Sino-Thai Chinese teaching cooperation, and summarizes the achievements of Sino-Thai Chinese teaching cooperation. Based on the analysis of the Framework for Cooperation in Chinese Teaching signed by China and Thailand, this paper points out the deficiencies in the process of Chinese teaching in Thailand. Taking the Confucius Institute of Mahasalakan University as an example, this paper analyzes the establishment of Confucius Institute and Confucius classroom in Thailand, as well as the present teaching situation of Chinese teacher volunteers in Thailand. From the aspects of Chinese management system, native Chinese teachers, Chinese teacher volunteers and Thai Chinese learners, this paper points out the shortcomings of Chinese teaching in Thailand under the background of Sino-Thai Chinese teaching cooperation. Some suggestions are put forward to perfect the cooperation in Chinese teaching between China and Thailand.
