新浪微博新闻不礼貌评论的语用研究

【摘要】:互联网的快速发展对新闻的传播方式产生了重大影响。网友在阅读网络新闻的同时也参与评论,这些评论中不乏不礼貌的言语,也引起不少语言学者的关注。但网络交际语境下的不礼貌研究远不及网络媒体的发展速度。关于网络评论的不礼貌评价指标错综复杂,现有的研究缺乏面向网友的针对性调查数据。本研究收集了70篇新浪微博新闻及新闻附带的评论,选取其中30篇新闻报道中的不礼貌评论作为语料,以Culpeper(1996),Bousfield(2008)的不礼貌策略及Spencer-Oatey(2002,2008)的人际关系管理理论为基础,对语料进行分类,探讨不礼貌评论的语用理据和语用功能。本研究还实施了问卷调查,并运用SPSS对1000份回收问卷进行分析,揭示不礼貌评价与评价者个人背景之间的关系。本研究着重探讨了以下5个问题:(1)新浪微博新闻评论中的不礼貌策略主要有哪些?(2)不礼貌评论对人际关系管理的违反主要体现在哪些方面?(3)不礼貌评论的语用理据与人际关系管理有何内在关系?(4)不礼貌评论的语用功能有哪些?(5)受访者的个人背景与他们对不礼貌评论的评价有何关联?研究发现:(1)不礼貌评论主要采用禁忌语、批评、挑战、威胁、嘲讽、负面类比、角色扮演、使用贬损性称谓以及使用网络表情符号等9种不礼貌策略;(2)不礼貌评论对人际关系的违反主要体现在素质面子、身份面子、平等权及交际权等方面;(3)从客观上来说,不礼貌评论的语用理据在于网络交际的匿名性与网络新闻话题本身的争议性;从主观上来说是为了维护面子、发泄情绪、维护权势、表明立场以及增强影响;(4)不礼貌评论具有情感功能、胁迫功能、娱乐功能、监督功能以及团结功能;(5)问卷调查结果显示,性别是影响受访者对不礼貌评价的首要因素,受访者的微博使用频率和是否参与微博评论,也影响其对网络不礼貌的评价。本研究丰富了网络交际语境下的不礼貌研究,拓展了不礼貌评论的策略与语用功能研究,同时,基于人际关系管理的不礼貌语用理据分析,揭示了不礼貌评论的成因,对于当前社交媒体的新闻管理与新闻评论管理具有一定的启示。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the Internet has had a significant impact on the way news is spread. While reading the online news, netizens also participate in the comments, which are not only impolite words, but also attracted the attention of many linguists. However, the study of impoliteness in the context of internet communication is far from the speed of the development of internet media. The index of impoliteness evaluation about online comment is complicated, and the existing research lacks the targeted survey data for Internet users. This study collected 70 reviews of news and news from Sina Weibo, and selected 30 of them as corpus, and classified them based on Culpeper (1996) Bousfield (2008) and Spencer-Oatey (2002 / 2008)'s theory of interpersonal relationship management. This paper explores the pragmatic motivations and pragmatic functions of impolite comments. The study also conducted a questionnaire survey and analyzed 1000 questionnaires collected by SPSS to reveal the relationship between impoliteness evaluation and the individual background of the evaluator. This study focuses on the following five questions: (1) what are the main impoliteness strategies in news reviews of Sina Weibo? (2) what are the main aspects of impolite comments' violation of interpersonal relationship management? (3) pragmatic principles of impolite comments What is the internal relationship with interpersonal relationship management? (4) what are the pragmatic functions of impolite comments? (5) how does the personal background of the interviewees relate to their comments on impolite comments? The results show that: (1) the main methods of impolite comment are taboo, criticism, challenge, threat, ridicule, negative analogy, role-playing, etc. The use of derogatory appellations and internet emoticons are 9 kinds of impolite strategies; (2) the violation of interpersonal relationships by impolite comments is mainly reflected in the aspects of face, identity, equality and communication rights; (3) objectively speaking, the violation of interpersonal relations by impolite comments is mainly reflected in the aspects of face, identity, equality and communication rights, etc. (3) objectively speaking, The pragmatic motivation of impolite comments lies in the anonymity of online communication and the controversy of the topic of online news; subjectively speaking, it is to preserve face, vent emotion and maintain power. (4) impolite comments had affective function, coercive function, entertainment function, supervisory function and solidarity function; (5) the results of the questionnaire survey showed that gender was the primary factor influencing the respondents' evaluation of impoliteness. Respondents' frequency of Weibo use and whether they participated in Weibo reviews also influenced their comments on Internet impoliteness. This study enriches the study of impoliteness in the context of online communication, expands the research on the strategies and pragmatic functions of impoliteness criticism, and at the same time, analyzes the pragmatic motivations of impoliteness based on interpersonal relationship management, and reveals the causes of impoliteness criticism. For the current social media news management and news review management has certain enlightenment.
