世界“汉语热”背景下马来西亚华文教育发展的困境与出路

【摘要】：世界"汉语热"背景下,如何进一步强化汉语国际教育与华文教育之间的共生机制,消减共生阻尼机制成为当下学者关注的焦点。马来西亚华文教育面临着诸如国家层面单元化教育政策的挑战、中国汉语国际推广机构与华文教育机构之间缺乏常态化沟通机制、市场层面国际学校的激烈竞争以及华文中小学自身发展的瓶颈等问题。为了更好地保持华人族群的民族性,大马华社需要在文教政策方面争取更大的生存空间;华文学校亟需推进以提升教育质量为主旨的教育改革;中国政府需进一步整合汉语国际教育与海外华文教育资源并构建两者之间的常态化沟通机制。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "Chinese language fever", how to further strengthen the symbiotic mechanism between Chinese language education and international Chinese education and reduce the symbiotic damping mechanism has become the focus of scholars. Malaysia's Chinese language education faces challenges such as unifying educational policies at the national level, and there is a lack of a regular communication mechanism between China's international Chinese language promotion agencies and Chinese language education institutions. At the market level, the fierce competition of international schools and the bottleneck of the development of Chinese primary and secondary schools. In order to better maintain the national character of the Chinese ethnic group, the Malaysian Chinese Society needs to strive for more living space in the field of cultural and educational policies, and the Chinese language schools urgently need to promote the educational reform with the aim of improving the quality of education. The Chinese government should further integrate the resources of international Chinese education and overseas Chinese education and establish a regular communication mechanism between the two.
