柬埔寨贡不省华文教育现状及启示

【摘要】:柬埔寨与中国一直保持着传统友好关系,目前中国已成为柬埔寨最大的投资国和援助国。柬埔寨华文教育拥有悠久的历史和坚实的基础,华文教育推广取得了很高的成绩,但仍然存在一些问题。目前针对这些问题的建议短时间内实践起来较为困难,区域性华文教育研究又集中在首都金边地区,所提建议不适合其他地区采用。华校作为柬埔寨开展华文教育的主要场所,华校“半日制”办学模式已不符合学校教育模式的主流。对贡不省华文教育现状的调查研究,主要采用调查问卷和访谈的形式,从华校管理体制、办学模式、师资力量、生源、教材、考试升学、资金设施等方面详细介绍了贡不省华文教育现状,说明了柬埔寨华校“全日制”办学模式的可行性,对柬埔寨华文教育区域性研究进行了资料补充。针对贡不省华文教育存在的若干问题提出一些解决建议:一是要加大宣传力度,具体可以通过华校举办丰富多样的活动来开展,最终目的是稳定生源,树立华校良好教育形象。二是华校要全方位为学生服务,增强学生就业能力,把华文教育成果落实在实际就业上。三是增强师资力量,特别是从优秀毕业生中选拔人才作为师资储备力量。四是要教师改变授课方式,以学生为中心。五是教材要灵活使用,适时开发选用优秀教材。六是完善考试评价制度,要引起学生对口语能力的重视。七是调整课程设置,把中华文化元素融入语言技能课程。八是采取多种方式在校园内营造良好的语言学习环境。最后,中亚地区有一百万新疆籍华人华侨,华文教育基地也在2011年落户新疆,新疆各大高校更是致力于中亚地区汉语国际推广工作。笔者作为一名新疆大学的研究生,通过反思柬埔寨华文教育现状,从其取得的成就和存在的问题中得到一些有益于新疆华文教育发展及中亚地区汉语国际推广的启示。
[Abstract]:Cambodia has always maintained traditional friendly relations with China, which has become Cambodia's largest investor and donor. Cambodian Chinese education has a long history and a solid foundation, Chinese education has made great achievements, but there are still some problems. At present, the suggestions for these problems are difficult to put into practice in a short period of time, and the research on regional Chinese education is concentrated in the capital Phnom Penh area, and the suggestions are not suitable for other regions. As the main place of developing Chinese language education in Cambodia, the "half-day" school running mode of Chinese school is not in line with the mainstream of school education mode. The investigation and research on the present situation of Chinese language education in Gongbu province mainly adopted the form of questionnaire and interview, from the management system of Chinese school, the mode of running a school, the strength of teachers, the source of students, the teaching material, the examination and promotion. This paper introduces in detail the present situation of Chinese language education in Gongbu province, explains the feasibility of the "full-time" mode of running a school in Cambodia, and supplements the regional research on Chinese language education in Cambodia. This paper puts forward some suggestions for solving the problems existing in the education of Chinese language in Gongbu province: first, it is necessary to increase the propaganda, which can be carried out by holding rich and varied activities, with the ultimate aim of stabilizing the source of students and setting up the image of good education of Chinese schools. Second, Chinese schools should serve students in all directions, enhance their employability, and implement the achievements of Chinese language education in practical employment. Third, strengthen teachers, especially select talents from outstanding graduates as a reserve of teachers. Fourth, teachers should change the teaching method and focus on students. Fifth, flexible use of teaching materials, timely development and selection of excellent teaching materials. Sixth, improve the examination evaluation system, to attract students to pay attention to oral ability. The seventh is to adjust the curriculum and integrate Chinese cultural elements into the language skills curriculum. Eight is to take a variety of ways in the campus to create a good language learning environment. Finally, there are 1 million Chinese and overseas Chinese from Xinjiang in Central Asia, and the Chinese language education base was established in Xinjiang in 2011, and the major universities in Xinjiang are devoted to the international promotion of Chinese in Central Asia. As a graduate student of Xinjiang University, by reflecting on the present situation of Chinese language education in Cambodia, the author obtains some enlightenment from its achievements and problems, which will benefit the development of Chinese language education in Xinjiang and the international promotion of Chinese in Central Asia.
