【摘要】:《少年派的奇幻漂流》是加拿大作家扬·马特尔2001年创作的小说,并获得2002年布克奖。小说穿插寻找灵感的加拿大作家和故事的主人公派展开双重叙事,讲述了少年派与一只孟加拉虎在海上历经227天漂流,并最终获救的故事。《少年派的奇幻漂流》的独特之处就在于出现的第二个颠覆性故事,将海难中动物相食的部分置换成人。马特尔是善于讲故事的高手,在故事的安排上和叙事的技巧上,都有自己独特的风格。修辞性叙事学代表人物费伦认为,叙事是动态的,是读者参与的发展过程,而读者的主观能动参与正是后经典叙事所侧重的。叙事从头到尾的运动受文本动力和读者动力的支配。在文本方面,叙事由事件中人物和场景的不稳定性以及话语上叙述行为与技巧进行。在读者方面,叙事进程包括读者对故事不稳定性发生,发展和结局所做出的反应变化轨迹。《少年派的奇幻漂流》则是充分体现后经典叙事特点的文本。小说中两个故事的可靠性,叙述者的可靠性影响着读者对两个故事做出叙事判断。小说正是利用了文本和读者动力的相互作用,用第二个故事将读者带到另一个层面。读者的加入成为小说发展的动力因素,读者的判断决定故事的真实性。本论文通过对不可靠叙事分析和叙事进程的探讨,帮助读者思考文章表层结构之下的深层意义,使读者根据自己的价值,信念和认知,做出对事件阐释判断,道德上的伦理判断和叙事上的美学判断。本论文将以后经典修辞性叙事角度研究《少年派的奇幻漂流》,进而深化对扬·马特尔叙事技巧的理解。
[Abstract]:"Adolescent Fantasy Drift" was written by Canadian writer Jan Martel in 2001 and won the Booker Prize in 2002. The novel interspersed with inspiration-seeking Canadian writers and the protagonists of the story-a double narrative about juvenile pie and a Bengal tiger drifting on the sea for 227 days. The unique feature of the novel is the second subversive story in which the animals in the shipwreck are replaced by adults. Martel is a good storyteller, in the story arrangement and narrative skills, have their own unique style. Fellen, the representative figure of rhetorical narratology, believes that narrative is dynamic and the development process of reader's participation, and the reader's subjective active participation is the emphasis of post-classical narration. The movement of narration from the beginning to the end is dominated by the power of the text and the power of the reader. In the aspect of text, narration is carried out by the instability of characters and scenes in events and the narrative behavior and skills in discourse. In terms of readers, the narrative process includes the changing track of the reader's reaction to the occurrence, development and ending of the story instability. The reliability of the two stories and the reliability of the narrator influence the reader's judgment of the two stories. The novel takes advantage of the interaction between the text and the reader's motivation to take the reader to another level with the second story. The reader's participation becomes the motive factor of the development of the novel, and the reader's judgment determines the truth of the story. Through the discussion of unreliable narrative analysis and narrative process, this paper helps readers to think about the deep meaning under the surface structure of the article, so that the reader can make the interpretation judgment of events according to his own value, belief and cognition. In this thesis, the author will study "Fantasy drifting of Juvenile School" from the perspective of classical rhetorical narration, and then deepen the understanding of Jan Martel's narrative skills.
