第三空间与身份再现:《柏油孩子》中后殖民主义身份建构

【摘要】：托妮·莫里森的《柏油孩子》把对非裔美国女性吉丁的身份建构放置在后殖民语境下各种文化混杂、交织的"第三空间"中。在这一空间里,各种民族性、社会利益、文化价值相互交叠、竞争、协商的过程所浮现的身份具有暂时性和不稳定性的特点。本文认为,有着多元文化归属感和流动的社会身份认同的少数族裔对真实身份的追寻不能够通过向"本民族之过去"回溯,而是应该立足于不同文化的交叉点,在各种关系的碰撞、杂糅、重组中捕捉到自己的临时性身份,正是这种不稳定的身份建构解构了殖民文化"非此即彼"的根基。
[Abstract]:Toni Morrison's the tarmac Child puts the identity of the African American woman Gedin in a post-colonial context in a mixed and intertwined third Space. In this space, the identity emerged in the process of various nationalities, social interests and cultural values overlapping, competing and negotiating has the characteristics of temporary and unstable. This paper argues that the pursuit of real identity by ethnic minorities with a multicultural sense of belonging and a mobile social identity cannot be traced back to "the past of their own people", but should be based on the intersection of different cultures. It is the unstable identity construction that deconstructs the foundation of colonial culture "either or", which captures its temporary identity in the collision, hybridity and reorganization of various relationships.
