传记小说:当代英语小说创作的新潮流

【摘要】：最近二三十年以来,传记小说悄然兴起,成为当代英语小说创作的一个新潮流。传记小说运用小说技巧与表现手法讲述真人真事,兼具传记与小说双重特色。传记小说从兴起到日趋繁荣,现已形成一定的创作规模,一些作品不仅登上了欧美畅销书榜单,还获得了国际著名文学大奖。当代英语传记小说经历了从"传记小说"到"传记虚构"的发展演变,呈现出多样化的类型特征,展现出蓬勃的生命力。传记小说是一种填充史实裂隙的马赛克艺术,沟通了历史与当代,为评价解读历史人物的生平提供了另一种方式,具有重要的文学价值和一定的学术史料价值。
[Abstract]:In the last twenty or thirty years, biographies have emerged quietly and become a new trend in the creation of contemporary English novels. Biographical novels use novel techniques and expressive techniques to tell the true story, which has the dual characteristics of biography and fiction. From the rise to the prosperity, biographical novels have formed a certain scale of creation. Some of the works not only made the best seller list in Europe and the United States, but also won the international famous literary awards. Contemporary English biographical novels have experienced the development from "biographical novels" to "biographical fiction", showing various types of characteristics and showing vigorous vitality. The biographical novel is a mosaic art filled with historical facts. It connects history with contemporary life and provides another way to evaluate and interpret the life of historical figures. It has important literary value and certain academic historical value.
